When there is a conflict of interest, you cannot be true to your profession. That's why it is illegal to represent a client where there is a conflict of interest.
I don't think you can compare the two incidences - here the client wants Ruhi to go to jail for an accident. She wasn't drunk, it was nighttime as well, and it seemed the guy appeared from nowhere. Jail is very extreme, I don't think you would wish that upon anyone.
That's Ruhi, but Abhira is different, right? She shouldn't stoop down to her level.

If Armaan is so sure it’s a case where Ruhi can get away he should put his might and fight the case . It will be a good lesson for his still wife to be more pragmatic.. and take a let out .. when it is still suits the client
If Manish Goenka is willing to pay 10 lakh to the victim . But clients still fights the case going for hearing and later gets compensation of 50000 .. which when cut with court fees plus lawyer fees may amount to nothing.
so that client will ideally shout at Abhira for wasting their time .. so Abhira will learn a practical lesson . When it is wise to give up
and waise bhi pati patni like arguing in the house , road .. this is a good mix of 3 ka tadka .. and will stretch till next week . With Goenkas throwing barbs at Abhira
how do the lawyers suffer . They are happy to argue and flirt with each other in court .. dono miya biwi ki practice chalegi .. people will notice both of them
