Abhira is a lawyer newbie .. she was fighting for a missing cycle last week …today she got a hit n run .. if today she starts giving out judgement tab Toh woh judge banjayegi na

if she was not married to Armaan .. if she had never met Armaan .. and was just an ordinary newbie would she have let go if the case where she is facing the top most lawyer of the bar

It is always who you fight cases with .., it is also visiblity , even if the case is settled in one hearing .. she will still get 20 more cases

And if Ruhi knows she has not done a crime and will get off with paying fines .. then why is she worried

the person she has harmed might be sitting in hospital .. if his family is willing to let go of monetary compensation the least Abhira can do is fight case for them

This is how most cases r settled ..pehle toh the driver gets bail easily ..Secondly, if she's not drunk , she was only driving above the speed limit , it amounts to licence cancelation & fine n stuff like that..they make u watch the road safety videos It's a traffic violation majorly..koi Vella insan hi criminal case file karega aise mei..aur Vella vakeel hi ladega...the driver needs to pay the medical bills n some compensation that's about it

The offense is hit AND run..if she didn't run away frm the scene , she can't be charged with hit and run can she ?

So this accident track is setup for legacy reveal?.. Ruhi and Ab kind of on opposite sides wrt arohi accident ( atleast the current narrative)... Ruhi saying it was an accident and should be excused / not punished and Ab saying should be punished ( and sent to jail to avoid another similar incident?)

How can she pursue a case in Court for an accident where the person is not dead? If it was for compensation, that would be different, but here her client wants Ruhi to go to jail.

She knows that Ruhi would not intentionally kill or hurt someone. What about Manish? Despite his flaws, he has always supported her, and here she is fighting against Ruhi and wanting her to be imprisoned. That's extreme and I don't think it's right.

Just like the whole Dadisa case fiasco. You would think she would have learnt from her mistakes.

Just like you wouldn't take a case against your family, the same applies here because of her relation with Ruhi and particularly Manish. I am surprised that she would be willing to pursue this further - does she not care about Manish (He always treated her like his granddaughter)?

She is also behaving like Ruhi intentionally caused this accident and she wants justice. This is wrong. The right thing for her was to not take up this case. She is not the only lawyer in the city. Just like the Dadisa case

I hate when the writers ruin Abhira's character like this.

did Manish care when Abhira was summarily removed from her job as wedding planner.. did Ruhi care when she gloatingly agreed to marry Armaan and started treating Abhira as a servant

Ms Sharma aap room se Bahar jao .. aur knock karke aao ..when Abhira could behave professionally and be like a wedding planner…that was what Ruhi had wanted

Then why should Abhira not behave like a lawyer now

If they want to get away from the case they should target the family and ask them out of court settlement..

if Abhira backs out some more shatir lawyer can take up the case and take Goenka’s to the cleaners

Or is Armaan expected to vanish everytime Goenkas visit or Abhira visits Goenkas?? So no presence at any festival or whatever?? Or will rules and trust change when Abhira finds out apni behna khara sona hai..
