Yes. But ITV doesnt have the concept of conflict of interest, we saw it in the Kaveri court case thing as well

I am confused...so the client wants Ruhi to go to Jail and Abhira is fighting for this? Does she want Ruhi to be imprisoned for an accident? I mean if the person was dead, that would be a different story but he is injured and Ruhi is willing to compensate him.

Lets say for some absurd reason Ruhi does end up in Jail, is Abhira going to be pleased with this outcome?

As an unfortunate long time viewer of ITV and DKP, logic is literally the last thing i expect from their content I think my brain has just got wired to saying f*ck it to every nonsense i come across.

Haha I get your point, but that's impossible for Abhira to pretend that she doesn't know Ruhi and it shouldn't matter.

After watching the bts, it's clear that Abhira is affected by Arman helping Ruhi and she is not clearly and logically thinking this through.

How can she pursue a case in Court for an accident where the person is not dead? If it was for compensation, that would be different, but here her client wants Ruhi to go to jail.

She knows that Ruhi would not intentionally kill or hurt someone. What about Manish? Despite his flaws, he has always supported her, and here she is fighting against Ruhi and wanting her to be imprisoned. That's extreme and I don't think it's right.

Just like the whole Dadisa case fiasco. You would think she would have learnt from her mistakes.

Abhira is fighting for her client .. if the client does not want monetary compensation and out of court settlement.. Abhira cannot force them .. telling I know Ruhi .. she cannot do this ..

going to court and fighting for cases is a painful and tedious process .. a lot of time cases get unnecessarily delayed and it is painful for both the parties.


the lawyers are least worried about that .. because for every hearing the client will pay their fees and court fees

A roadside hit n run is a criminal case irrespective of any person dying or not ..

the court may chose to free Ruhi by paying compensation… and let her off lightly by doing community work

Carrying illegal substances, counterfeit products, there are many cases like this which does not cause people to die .. but still they are liable for prosecution

It is the clients call what they may chose to take .. it maybe Manish n suwarna talk to the family and agree for out of court settlement..

Abhira is doing something .. she has seen her mother do fight for the oppressed

Even Yuvraj had killed one guy .. who was helping Abhira ..

His father was trying to bribe the family .. and planting his driver in the spot … his widow could have chosen to take huge amounts and run away but she did not ..

every case regardless of the outcome can be influence with money ..and asked for out of court settlement..

And this is something Armaan has been doing for years .. Abhira will be seeing this many time if she crosses with Armaan …

But it is the right of the victim to decide what he wants ..hitting someone from car like this can cause injuries and life long traumas or disability .. Sirf Ruhi hi kyu 🐊 tears bahakar nikal jaye ..

Even if the court makes her pay the fine and makes her to do compulsory community service in some NGO for a year .. it will be good for her

recently my friends hubby hit a bike coming in wrong direction. He is taken by police and made out of court settlement though he was in right direction. They paid that injured man., bikes repair police and a dent on car. But they were all out safe

This is how most cases r settled ..pehle toh the driver gets bail easily ..Secondly, if she's not drunk , she was only driving above the speed limit , it amounts to licence cancelation & fine n stuff like that..they make u watch the road safety videos It's a traffic violation majorly..koi Vella insan hi criminal case file karega aise mei..aur Vella vakeel hi ladega...the driver needs to pay the medical bills n some compensation that's about it

The offense is hit AND run..if she didn't run away frm the scene , she can't be charged with hit and run can she ?

KP for the day- What if it was Dadi who was behind the accident to create more trouble between Armaan and Abhira? She could have paid that couple - so the man fell in front of the car and the woman was asked to call Abhira to fight the case.. Obviously Dadi knows Roohi will call Armaan to fight her case.. if She hasn’t, dadi would have guilt tripped him to.. When the truth that couple had purposely trapped Roohi in the accident comes out, it will prove Abhira is wrong and it will look like she is taking personal vengeance out on Roohi.. more support for Roohi and more hate for Abhira.. Armaan will obviously side with his ex soulmate.. Win win situation for Dadi..

I hear you, however, my issue is that she cannot impartially represent her client because of her relationship with Ruhi. Of course, she has to act upon her clients' instructions, however, why did she even take this case in the first place when she knew that she would be against Ruhi?

She also knows that Ruhi would not intentionally kill or hurt someone, however, her client wants imprisonment. Is it then right for Abhira to take on this case? This is where the conflict arises. Just like you wouldn't take a case against your family, the same applies here because of her relation with Ruhi and particularly Manish. I am surprised that she would be willing to pursue this further - does she not care about Manish (He always treated her like his granddaughter)?

She is also behaving like Ruhi intentionally caused this accident and she wants justice. This is wrong. The right thing for her was to not take up this case. She is not the only lawyer in the city. Just like the Dadisa case

I hate when the writers ruin Abhira's character like this.
