Yeah exactly! Normally, that's what happens - you get charged for negligent driving and causing death. Then it comes down to the length of imprisonment. But here Abhira is acting like Ruhi intentionally tried to kill the other person and she wants justice. I might be jumping the gun here, but this is based on the precap.

Like I said, out of court settlements are the most practical option, cause no poor family has the time or money to keep paying a lawyer and sit through multiple court dates. I am personally not a fan of that irl cause repeat offenders are not exactly uncommon, cause they know that they would get away with stuff just by offering money.

And there r no Vella lawyers like abhira ready to take up the cases of the needy ..the judgement take years .

Sometimes an accident is an accident , unless the driver is drunk , under aged , driving rashly , or its intentional or such circumstances..the drivers licence must be cancelled & if the victim is taken to hospital at the right time, out of court settlement is the best option ..

If it was someone else who was not remorseful and was a case of hit and run, then I understand. Here, however, she knows Ruhi and that she wouldn't intentionally kill or hurt someone. it was an accident, for which she will pay compensation. I think my problem is the way Abhira is fighting this case.

Was it intentional ? Just so that she can give another case to arman ? Abhira kya prove karegi phir ? Ke accused and her lawyer wanted to spend some more time , that's the motive .

There are lawyers who take up pro bono cases or work for NGOs, but yeah cases like this just keep circling the courtroom for years. But i feel the approach is very true to both the characters, Armaan is more experienced and practical, while Abhira is a new graduate with a self righteous streak. Both need to consider what the client wants.

The fact that she knows Ruhi should not matter. She is not fighting the case against Ruhi per say, it could be any driver. Ruhi should not be Abhira's concern, it should be her clients and what they want.

Well, that's the actual issue - she shouldn't be allowed to represent the other client because there is a conflict of interest.

I just watched the bts it seems that the client wants Ruhi to go to Jail. Whilst, for the client that is insaaf but Abhira knows Ruhi and she knows she didn't do it intentionally. How can she be impartial?

This whole track is illogical. Makes no sense.
