How to get help with moderator issues?

I have tried everything from crazy PMs to reporting to long long messages but after a long discussion mostly one sided, it doesn't seem like I am getting any help

Is there a way to contact moderators who'd actually understand my concern?

Do you know someone whom I can contact about it?

I didn't had serious issues until know...when I contacted a moderator, it had been almost always Minionite (Shreya).

I am drained out from these regular back and forth with moderators who don't even try to understand what you are saying
