IMO Skills are innate and transferable, talent is god given and amorphous can be made into any shape of our choice.

I agree. But if you are in that team, you could actually tell the difference between a professional engineering degree holders and a 6 month certification course person or for a matter of fact even a Non-Engg. background. In our country, I dont care or dont want to comment or oppose on who studied what to get into MNCs though, everyone needs JOBS and whoever got it, KUDOS to them. Managers should manage the team accordingly.

Anyways, I just hope we focus more and more on choosing our leaders wisely, who are well-read and well-intended. When we had Mr. Manmohan Singh as our PM, I judged him for ALL wrong reasons. Now I can see why Oratory skills are just 1 part of the job, and not the whole job. One should have vision for education and health for such poor country like ours, and not on building temples and statues everywhere (barring Ram Mandir). We need more people like APJ Kalam.

Who would've predicted this? It certainly breaks this Myth of Modi being this invincible leader. Not even a clean majority. And if Nitish Kumar & Naidu want to take their Badla from Modi....now is their time. If they leave/Join the alliance, Modi is OUT. Never thought I would say this for another 10 years.
