That is of 2.5 for 8-10:00 irrespective of whether show in top 5 or at top..

To get promos which are source of income for channel,this trp is necessary so if they are not achieving it,channel.is not earning enough money becoz pricey brands are not giving adveritsements...

And right now with ott,this trp acievement is IMPOSSIBLE so we can safely say tv industry is in regression and very quickly all these tv shows would shut down or either quality would get very poor...

So either BARC had to come with upgrade system to calculate trps or crores of people working in tv industry from spot dadas to big producers would go workless within a very short span of few years as handicraft people did....

This 7 days episode model is TERRIBLE. The quality of writing and overall content will always suffer when people are overworked, have no time for creativity and try to include all sort of tired-and-tested tropes in a show regardless of whether it suits the characters or not.

They are monitoring trps aur channel har show ki trp monitor karta hai..

Baki RS had edge becoz of Anupma..

Rest its not shows..its in general trps are going to go further down

And I think it would not be only these 3 shows,the kind of regression this industry is facing since some time..

A big change awaits..

I think maybe they also would revert to 30-35 episode thing like other asian shows...be ut pak korean thai nd all

There was an article over regression in entertainment industry both movie as well as tv industry are going under this after covid..

Only ott is somehwere helding on to the ground but its also is not in very good shape...

I am not a Ghum viewer so dont know much about the characters or storyline, but letting go of Shakti is definitely a choice. I have seen him in multiple shows over the years and he is certainly a good actor, especially by current itv standards. Maybe he was too pricey, and SP really seems to be in a cost cutting mode.

However, while I hate the regressive dumb shit of itv shows, I don't see any new ones faring better than ghum, rishta or anupama in terms of trps. With increasing digitalization trps are bound to go down. I barely know people who watch TV for something else other than news or sports.

That's the thing no serial is anywhere near the trp, those 3-4 shows on SP is getting

The times of shows getting 3-4 in trp are gone, due some many streaming services

New owner need to demand the end of triangle story in every shows with recycle

storyline and get better writers. Getting rid of Shakti isn't the solution, especially not

for Hitesh Bharadwaj, like the guy but he's no SA. These all speculations for now no

confirmation from channel, Production Houses or Actors, so we'll have to wait and see

what's true, wishful thinking or rumors.

These shows also been able to achieve this much trp due to addiction..its pure addiction to these characters and their story...

Any new show at their place..people would happily move on without a back glance

See from saathiya time star is trying to gather trp at 7 but what happened,its not able to achieve it same goes for 9pm...

Its a huge risk on their part...and the kind of regression they are in..

They can do cost cutting but would think thousand times before taking a call..

We found these shows absurd but their audience doesn't...

Sheh is a known troublemaker. If anyone takes his word seriously, i have nothing to say but just shake my head in disbelief and move on.
