They have been received this bashing even during gen 3 but they hardly care and whatever grabs eye ball and negative publicity they will go with that storyline. I was not a viewer of grocer story. But they ended the story today and even though it's rushed ending but you feel happy that the story you started it ended on a good note. But Rishta kind of keeps their fans unhappy and unsatisified by dumping unwanted tracks which makes them unsatisfied. Like ending of Kaira to create Kairath will make Kaira fans unhappy and the sole reason for doing that is to get a plot for the next gen. Whatever track makes it easier for them to take vision for next-gen they will take that. I feel Rishta should end as it's just sending the wrong message and it will also stop good shows from flourishing as competing with Rishta is difficult for other shows even though they are serving quality content.

I don’t think Abhira is the most loved rishta fl when OG Akshara and Naira are far more famous than her till this day. The show is still called Akshara show irl by many. Abhira doesn’t even come near OG Akshara popularity or even Naira who has the most fans online I see. I noticed Naira and Kartik have the most online fans among Rishta gens. Yes, I don’t think SP would care much about the bashing, but if the trps are low compared to previous seasons and the feedback they keep getting is boycott and all then that must sting. It may make them feel this season isn’t getting any fans or love which may make them take decisions regarding this gen faster But I guess the show is still in top 5, so they may be they are happy with that so far 🤷‍♀️

So, what "rishta" value is left? Third, the story's been a mess from the start, except for the Mussoorie track. I really liked Abhira there, but after that, they made her a typical ITV bahu. Instead of jumping to another gen with a random leap and recycling crap, they should just give this gen a nice, proper ending.

Like, this show doesn't have any selling point now. Why is it top 2 or 3? Because it's had a strong hold for 15 years on Sitara, so people watch it for entertainment.
