We have learnt that once good friends John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan are no longer on talking terms. Ironically, the two are working together in Karan Johar produced Dostana.
Says our source, "John and Abhi have not been on talking terms since the second half of the Dostana schedule in Miami. When Ash visited Abhi on the sets in Miami, she looked through John and the two of them did not talk to John and Bipasha at all."
On what led to the rift, the source reveals, "John and Aishwarya were supposed to do Sriram Raghavan's Happy Birthday. John needed such a big film to boost his career. Sadly, the movie was stalled because Ash got busy with her marriage to Abhishek. So, John was miffed because the film was more important to him than to Ash."
He further adds, "The fact that John was not invited to the wedding, in spite of being good friends with Abhishek did not help matters."
The cold war is not limited to John and Abhishek, even Bipasha is involved. "Bipasha had committed to do the Bachchan tour since a year, but she pulled out at the eleventh hour," adds the source.
John and Abhishek became best buddies on the sets of Dhoom in 2004 and while they may have played enemies on screen, the two, along with Uday Chopra, bonded really well and had a blast during the making of the blockbuster.
