Couldn’t agree more on Maheshwaris and Singhania's! My favourite family was Maheshwaris, loved them progressive, open minded and still were so connected to their roots.

I was never a regular viewer of Rishta, I used to watch now and then. But I started watching regularly after they introduced grown up naira, and again stopped watching after few months of Naira - Kartik's wedding. They way they made Naira a bheegi billi from a sherni didn’t sit with me well. I have no idea about any other families or what happend after that!

Sorry to say but her costume looks bad more like a bar dancer than best bahu in the planet… suits her character though.. hope they don’t give such costumes to Abhira..

it is Akshaya Tritya uniform ..all Poddar ladies in this colour ..of course Abhira’s look is different as seen from BTS …. So performing the Aarti together is the grand surprise that Abhira was hinting at ..and we didn’t think of it ..their creativity is at such a plane that lesser mortals like us can’t imagine
