But we cannot expect much from this family can we?The Shubho - Ani one to one broke my heart the most! I so wish it did not happen - I wish he remained the formal Robot that he is towards his son ! In those first 5 minutes of the episode, Shubho failed his son with every single dialogue he uttered today ! I was better off living in delusion that probably some day he would understand his son No hope for Ani or for us there

Lastly, I do not like how dejected, disgusted, frustrated and sad we all sound these days......we all came here to have some unadulterated fun through our witty banters and lively discussions.

The makers better fix this pretty soon for us, they owe this to us bigtime, we deserve better and so does RuNak

Shubo and Tanuja is better like this.

I felt so sad for Anirudh the first few minutes .

He is also same like Jhanak. All alone .

Make Anirudh also blast his feelings and frustration like Jhanak .

Shubo said Tammo was insulted and hence they never returned to village .

Then how come they are doing the same to a young girl who is an orphan.

Dont people become better after facing insults and try to not repeat the the same.

Both leads were so good in today's episode...loved them both.

I see Shubho as a typical Indian father who want his son to marry rich and live a high society life. Shubo himself rose to success on his own.. as he explained he spent his childhood in a middle class household. His family was even humiliated due to their financial status... so he grew up with a mentality that money and status means everything... he even reminded Ani that the lifestyle he is enjoying is because of his hardwork. He now wants Ani to marry someone from a higher social status and live a lavish life.

He deliberately ignores Ani's tears because he believes his son is merely infactuated with J and he would snap out of it once he marries Arshi. Arshi who was his son's true love until he met Jhanak.. so in his mind J is the root cause of all issues and getting rid of her shall bring the prehoneymoon planning, Arshi loving Ani back.

PS - I hate the guy.

Yeah , most parents have this mentality.

I dont say money cant bring happiness. In todays world it truly does.

Here the issues is social status too. Jhanak can become famous ,earn more than Arshi if she does more work . But she doesnt have family background. That also makes Shubo unacceptable of Jhanak .

When the biological father is revealed as Guruji these people are going to get herat attack for sure .

That insulting story didnt sync well with his character. He could insult others ,but his own brother and their family.

I agree... he must be blaming his own father for the insults he faced as a child and he is projecting the same hate towards his siblings because they too are a failure like his dad.

Bold - only when Guruji accepts her as a daughter.. otherwise they will treat her as an illegitimate child only.
