If the Bhagnanis really make 'black' money 'white', then the black one obviously comes from people who have the power that the Bhagnanis don't get examined by the respective agencies...

That reminds me of Hombale Films production (KGF, Kantara, Salaar) whose owner makes the most money with being in real estate ... (according to an article I read about the production house)

If he has another business the movie production might just be a front to convert that black money into white and also evade taxes.

These movies may have not done well in the major cities but in the interiors these are the movies that run in theaters for a long long run, guess maybe that's where he makes some money from. These movies make money in the interiors. My mom's mama owned a theater in a small small town and the movie then ran there for months.

It's not about the quality of the movies they produce but about the money they don't earn through movies and still producing movies (and not in a small way).

Sometimes film productions can be a front for other (money-)businesses...
