who were her contenders?

From our show I m not able to make out most of Jhanak’s expressions towards Ani. With others she does a reasonable job. Is it done on purpose ? I wish we were given few monologues from her..

I think I m biased and I find Krushal’s acting better than Hiba till date. I watched the dubbed version of his Bong serial previously where the female actress did a good job .. He has come a long way..

No idea who were the contenders, I just saw Krushal's story and some tweets on X, so I went and checked ibollywoodlife IG page

Regarding acting yes I find Krushal’s acting better that Hiba's. Not sure if its due to the script the dialogues are monotonous so lets see how the story progresses. I liked her in Kashmir episodes

Are these awards based on fan votes?

If yes, then Barsaatein was a fan favourite (online audience) and the ladies fawned over Kushal Tandon like anything throughout the runtime of that show even when his character was completely unbearable, if the FL's consistent reiteration of the word 'toxic' is proof enough
