A narcissist makes u believe it is always the other person fault for your situation and emotions. He had always taken her for granted. His family had been humiliating and insulting her ,he had only been an audience. Where was his moral when his mother was behind the kidnapping which drove her to death bed. It was an intentional attempt ! He kept quiet infact hidden the fact from his family till date .he was the one giving mixed signals to his SIL ,his brother attempted homicide he was sent to rehab .that's it .

She was character assasinated

She was under radar every time something went wrong

She was forced into divorcing him

Near death experiences multiple times.

Ousted after losing a child .

She endured them all .

He hasnt moved on coz there is no another woman whom he has married or claims to love "as yet". But clearly he still has zero regard or respect for Sahiba- the woman he claimed he "loved" but obviously never did for all the reasons you have wonderfully pointed out. And its very likely that as soon as he meets Sahiba and sees her with Diljeet, he will also find another woman to show off as his wife/girlfriend because Angads ego is Mt Everest level tall. For him he just needs to one-up Sahiba - thats all.

No woman would like to keep up with a temperamental man-child whose only solution to his problems is divorce .

No woman would like to live with uncertainty in relationship

No woman would agree to be his puching bag when things go south

No woman would go begging around him to inflate his ego

In short he cannot find another sahiba,maybe he loves sahiba a little more for the above reasons
