dude if her entire FAMILY is all for sendin her to this mental asylum an her mom has agreed after much debate -i don't blame him for being quiet i mean it took a LOT to get savitri to agree to it an in his mind its prolly better for th kid not to have an insane mother. i agree kshitij should have stood up but come on who does that in real life? he's not evil, he's just realistic

haha u've hit a very interesting topic however its not realisitic n real life. i cannot find any examples of woman actually staying by their mad husbands sides and if there is an example it's sad to say but it's because of uneducation amongst woman, it's our fault in the end, we can only blame men for so much

Realistic he would have been if Kshitij had tried to help improve Saraswati's condition. If he had taken the steps necessary first like taking Saraswati back to their own house or even out of town, away from Bhavishya. And if after his numerous attempts had he failed to make Saraswati feel better, then his silence wouldn't have been questioned.

The bond between Kshitij and Saraswati didn't just start with marriage. They were childhood friends; grew up together and been there for each other through ups and downs. Why all of a sudden he lost faith in Saraswati? Isn't he the same Kshitij who rescued Saraswati from Lal Ordi where Bhavishya tried to burn her? He saw the state she was in and the impact the whole situation had on her. He should've tried to understand that it's obvious of Saraswati to react fearful when she sees that same evil face. All he needs to do is take her away from Bhavishya and not just remain silent while she is being sent to the asylum.
