Yes he should be called out .. Rohit gave enough evidence that he was being disturbed about something.. he even tried fighting with his brother but all this calls for help were dismissed and omitted from the family mind

but from itv point of view it would have been pretty normal couple which is unacceptable in itv standards
For example- dadisa would have accepted abhira, loved her like she does with ruhi. Because ultimately dadisa doesnt like ruhi because of her personality but as her favorite grandson wife. So no drama. Abhira did not love anyone before, and if rohit loved her then eventually she would have fallen for him. So no drama in their life

As much as I love ASR one cannot ignore the fact that he was indeed toxic to Khushi! Called her names, blamed her for seducing married men, accused her of being a gold-digger, manhandled her, broke things around her, terrified her due to his anger, blackmailed her into marrying him. All these traits and you call him non-toxic. While Armaan says 'chor' and is put under the category of worst male lead The hypocricy is baffling!

This place hasn't changed a bit. EMA , cheating, what's new, har din wahi same tags to that guy. Despite, it's very much visible why he doesn't want Ruhi to marry. Earlier I used to watch epi in early morning only now I am watching like assignements,beoz I am holding hope ki kuch toh acha hoga so I don't regret later on ki itna kuch miss kar diya..

But aaj seriously bahut hi dar lag raha hai..
