He is positive guy,very honest loyal,family oriented,successful,progressive and rich...completely out and out positive,an eligible bachelor...thats what he said in iv...and I don't think he will lie about it in so straightforward manner..as we know his character has not been explored till now so what he is telling is his character description which he got...

Did any notice how Armaan steel himself and didn't even flinch when telling with serious face that he'll never fall in love with her. He hugged her same as BTS. But bhabhiji was there. Abhira pushed him away. Saying ki hm to bs dost hai na ye SB ni chlega. Then she laughed at him making joke on him
