Why is Anirudh so worried about Arshi having doubts ? Is it because she will throw Jhanak out of the house or because he loves him ?

Tejas said he will make Jhanak suffer ? Exposing the marriage will not do that . Somehow Anirudh will have to take up her responsibilty until annulment happens ... So that would be a bad idea .

I hope he kidnaps her to Kashmir and let Anirudh search for her or let the career story take the lead now.

The take away for me though was how Ani wasn't in the least angry about her insults - at the bus stop/dhaba or at home recently calling him dhonge and dogle.
