Rishta makers did it better actually. Armaan ki majboori dikhayi and Abhira came as a sunshine in his life after that trauma so trp increased drastically.

Rishta is much more lighthearted and not depressing or too serious. Only their s3 was depressing. But S1,2, and now this season have been all lighthearted and all. No one wants to see constant serious and depressing episodes. Ppl watch shows for entertainment after a long tiring day, and this cvs is generous in giving enough leads scenes together too

I want to see which track breaks record of achieving 2.5,as last season it got till it was main leads focussed,once favouritism started,never got ,so lets see this season which track breaks that

And one have to accept Rishta 's success was also due to garima 's creativity, she gave 14 years to this serial,her presence,rishta vibes were due to her,all functions thats y once she left no functions has gotten high trp like before

@bold - Completely agree on this one. Dont know much about Gen 2 or 3, but i known Gen 1 had lots of festivals and celebrations and naach gaana. This Gen 4 has really funny scenes. The reason why I started watching this is coz it gave the feels of rom-com movies 😄 Plus Abhira and Armaan are really good looking, so they look pleasant to look at on my screen 😆 Also, minus the Ruhi angle, there is absolutely no negativity in the show right now. Even the villain Yuvraj is super funny. So ya, Rishta acts as a stress buster for me after hard day in office 😅
