This might be actually true. I remember her saying Kaash Lal aapka beta hota to Shubho, then her FIL said uske liye tumhe bhi Arshi jaise hona padta lol

yep that is where I started my doubts too. Also in the hospital when Janak is admitted, she told if anyone else other than Arshi, would have broke the relationship by now. Also did you see the new on location bts? Janak called police and Tejas left her and went it seems.
