The plot had too many loopholes to really be thrilling. No one could have guessed the mystery. Two different people went into the same building twice and could not pick up they were going on two different floors.

Because Katrina is not taken seriously as an actress- by the industry or the audience. If it was Kareena, Priyanka, Tabu or even Deepika there would have been more interest. Because they have all done some quality cinema occasionally along with their flowerpot roles.But the audience seem to have made up their mind: if Katrina doesn't dance or isn't paired with a star, we aren't interested.

Sriram Raghavan probably thought his name was enough to compensate after Andhadhun's success. After all Johnny Gadhaar had a newbie hero too.

They needed someone who can ACT. Mistake from the director casting Katrina who can’t even give one single expression, she is frozen wooden face. She gave both the lead actor and the director a huge flop after their successful movies. Again, it’s the directors fault for giving her a role. She only knows how to show off her body. No talent at all with acting or dancing.
