It starts off with armaan grabbing mallika and demanding an explanation as to what is going on with her doctor being in Australia and all. Mallika is looking around desparately and trying very hard to think of an answer. Then Aryan suddenly waltzes in and what d'you think he has in his hand?
Mallika's report! Armaan is wondering how he has the report and Aryan explains that it was made by the new doctor at the clinic or something like that. Armaan then starts chiding mallika gently for not telling him abt this and tells her not to get so worried and be honest woth him next time and stuff. Aryan then exits and mallika mimes him a thanx.
At karishma
Jassi is looking at some designs with charles but she is getting annoyed and tells him abt how their designs should be brand new and original or they wont get the contract for the film. Suddenly, raghav comes in and jassi is obviously surprised. I didn't really catch this very well but raghav says sumthing sweet and jassi introduces her crew to raghav. She then tells charles (who is dazed by raghav for some odd reason) to go off and work on new designs. Raghav then says that since hes here to help, she should give him some job to do. Jassi then gives him some task to sort out with nandu. As he is going out he does his usual dose of staring and thinking loving thoughts abt jassi and stuff like that. (and all this time she doesn't notice, man she must be slow)
At gulmohar
Armaan and Aryan are looking at some designs with some weird designer. They r apparently inspired fm Egyptian style clothes or something (since the movie will b abt Cleopatra). Armaan says something abt the designs while gazing in2 space. (I'm really sorry I cudn't catch what he said)
At karishma
Jassi talks to charles abt how the designs should be new and original and stuff like that. Charles is complaining that there is no inspiration for him and what is he supposed 2 do. And j says again how the director prob wants fresh designs for his film to make it stand out. Charles says ok and goes off to design for like the trillionth time 2day. Jassi then talks 2 nandu abt how shes trying to think exactly the way armaan suri would think.
Gulmohar
Armaan is talking and trying 2 convince Aryan how they shud stick with the old style designs for some heartfelt reason of his. Aryan is not convinced and thinks that the director prob wants new style designs for his film. Armaan sticks with the designs anyway.
Karishma
Jassi is talking 2 nandu abt how they shud do business with their minds not their hearts as that's exactly how armaan suri wud do it. She tells him 2 fix an appointment with the director. She then thinks how karishma will definitely win the contract.
Suri house
Mallika is complaining on the phone to some friend abt how she has 2 do all sorts of things since she is pregnant. As she is screaming on the phone that she is pregnant, ila comes in with spinach soup (palak ka soup). Mallika tells her she hates 2 things—milk and palak. Ila makes her hv it abt bcoz of the baby and m has some. She says it's very nice (tho her face tells a diff. story). Ila tells her armaan has fixed an appointment with the doctor and he wants2 come with her. Mallika is scared abt this. Ila leaves and mallika is thinking abt how her situation sucks.
Karishma
Nandu is speaking on the phone 2 director's secretary trying 2 fix an appointment. He finds out that gulmohar already has an appointment and they can hv one at six. Jassi tells him 2 make it earlier and he makes it 3. charles complains that he cant finish the designs in such little time. Jassi tells him tough and to finish them soon. Charles leaves and j tells n how business is now abt time and they should definitely win. Raghav then comes in and asks how their work is going. She tells him abt the appointment and he wishes her luck. J says she needs it.
Director's office
J and n reach the office and tell him they r here to c if they can hv the contract for the costumes of his new film Cleopatra. Dir. Is shocled n says if any1 found out abt his film, he'd lose a lot. J says but v never let the people v work with lose. J impresses himw with this speech on how their designs r new and original since he prob wants his film 2 stand out. Overall, the interview goes very well.
Outside
J and n leave and j sees armaan's car reaching the office. She is worried abt gulmohar getting the contract.
Dir. Office
Armaan is there with the designer and he talks to the director abt his designs. He says something abt why his designs r old style and the dir. Is so impresses he says he has changed his whole way of thinking abt the film. Armaan is happy.
Clinic
Mallika is trying 2 reach aryan's mob. Bur she can't n then armaan shows up. He is v happy but m is worried abt him finding out. A nurse comes and asks if mallika is a new patient. Armaan is surprised since he thought she comes 2 this clinic for her reg. check-up.
Karishma
Ragh is laughing w naaz and charlz and then j and n enter. He asks how it went and j says it went very very well and she is happy. She then gets a call from the secretary and is told that gulmohar got the contract instead. J is shocked and she tells the others. Ragav is worried.
Preview
J talks to n abt ho she is doing all this only to defeat armaan. Once that is done, she will go back 2 normal jassi
