He was always like this even before Abhira came into his life but then daadi starts reminding him of his mother and silences him ..

Daadi and phupha sa were so against him leaving yuvraj 's case but he did what he wanted..that's why phuphasa asked yuvraj not to reveal everything to him because he knew the moment Armaan gets to know the truth he will leave the case...

On that topic I have a genuine question, do rich families in any part of the country follow these type of protocols that ladies are not allowed to work? They show in many serials but does it have any relationship to reality? Recently saw the same rule in TMD,NaUmr and now this. I do not think earlier serials ever showed educated families doing this.

I can't say about the elite families in metropolis but most Marwari families are a bit conservative in these aspects. Mohena Kumari princess of Rewa (who played Keerti Goenka/Singhania) left acting after she got married. I know of a family living in Australia a traditional Marwari family where the DIL's are all homemakers and not allowed to work. They still take the palla over their head. Money has nothing to do with being progressive.

I was in an Ice and fire forum after finishing the dance of dragon and everyone there knew who was jon snow’s parents and this is the time when season 4 was just aired. Everybody eagerly tracked GRRM’s blog to know when the next book will come. But now I don’t think that forum is even active now.
