But Zama and RS themselves claimed that they don't write story for fans. And he also stated that Abhinav's stay was extended. Even in one of the recent IV he mentioned it.

Also if Abheenav was that good, why couldn't akshara fall in love with him in those 6 yrs. They had no family interference, they claimed to happy perfect family!!

Why did the trigger had to be abhi's confession in the temple and his engagement with arohi, for Akshara to accept abheenav as her husband!!!

Writers might not write a storyline for audience but when a huge section of audience roots for a couple, it does make a difference.

Usually cameos don't get as much love as leads. This is the first time I m seeing for Abhinav, and also in another show some 25 years, Bajaj in kasauti zindagi kay, where was got as a cameo but audience loved him more than the lead. Not sure if discussing another serial is allowed, so i will stop here, as I just wanted to give example when cameo is loved equivalent to leads or more & then they turn into parallel lead.

Regarding why Akshara couldn't fall in love with Abhinav for 6 years & why it has to be abhimanyu, this is a good question.

When Akshnav married, neither Akshara loved abhinav, not abhinav loved her. She wanted a father figure, and she picked a good Samaritan based on how he helped her during toofani raat & saved abhir's life in hospital when she was unconscious after delivery. Abhinav accepted her proposal only for Abhir because he was attached to the child he took in his arms & cared for since the baby's birth. Abhinav didn't have any feelings for akshara.

But after marriage, there was lot of care. If you remember the first episode after leap, when abhir was asking for separate room, Akshara went and explained to him, that abhinav is their superhero. There have been lot of episodes after that to prove were not just staying like room mates, she might not be in love with him, but she considered him her family and always cared for him. It was not just friendship, though she didn't realise it. There was no attraction and physical relationship, but they were husband and wife and behaved like that.

Why she started feeling for abhinav when Abhimanyu came back, because

It was fear of losing Abhinav, which made her realise what she has for him is more than just care and friendship . Abhinav has always stood by her always and at some point she did take him for granted.

When Abhinav saw her running behind abhimanyu after accident, he felt may be she still has something left and took a backseat, this scared Akshara. The fear of losing abhinav.

Atleast that's the storyline, but the execution could have been better.
