To think that the Ahujas made an entry on the yatch and penthouse with so much pomp and noise hiding so many past secrets.

I think there is a difference between Amruta's scenes and Pragya's. Pragya's with her chasmish had an innocence which Sriti portrayed so well and the instant awe/surrender in her eyes whenever she gets close to Abhi, be it catch/fall/eyelocks were uniquely different and we can see Sriti as Amruta not bringing in those expressions with Arjit/Virat. Sriti had taken great pains to transform herself into Pragya, made it an outstanding character which the audience loved so much. As Amruta, Sriti is being her normal self with casual looks/attitude towards Virat since reel/real characters are somewhat similar.

Might be later on, we will get to see more of intense romantic scenes once Amruta believes that she has fallen for Virat and then we can see how Sriti brings it on

I hope the writer does not make Amruta work at Virat's home for a long time for the sake of AmVira scenes, if he has to, then he can make her work at his office as a financial assistant after the current track ends but do the Ahujas' have any office in Bombay?

There is more going on in Amruta's own individual and family life than what is going on with the Ahujas. Yet most of it is not explored. She was taken aback that Gautam and Mom agreed, and she agreed only because of her mom. Expenses for wedding? Its not cheap in Mumbai, did mom even consider it? would mom have listened to her if she mentioned it? my guess is she wont. They didnt even talk about her having given up the job - Gautam's sole reason to agree to marry her. They didnt need to talk about it when they met in the cafe but then he couldn't even wait some time to get his mom at her place.

Guess all these will only come on the day of him rejecting her.

That was the post just before that. while posting I had some network issue and ended up posting the same thing twice - second time after reloading after the connection got restored. (Was lazy to check if it was posted). Yup.. figured since the thread is moving fast, no point in going back to it.

Poor writing and lack of execution is what will be the demise of the show. Instead of all the points you have mentioned, they are focussing on nonsense parties and the done-to-death tracks of cheating before marriage, dabey rang and what not.

I wont say demise - more like the difference b/w a really good show and an average one thats a bit more than just surviving because Sriti is in it. Think the show has enough elements in it to do well. whether it goes from there to being really good is to be seen. Was pleased to see the Jan1 ep in that sense - gave hints that the writers do have it in them. Of course, kind of came back to normal later on.

[btw, Sriti's twitter a/c got hacked late night / wee morning hrs (around 3 am when i noticed).]

Jayesh-Bhavani deal def something regarding Amu's alliance as said earlier and to get the jewels Aai kaise maan sakti hai???!!!! Someone opens her eyes yaar! I know she thinks of Amu, but Amu doesn't need it. In contrary to that, whatever Jayesh demanded she should deny and Amu will be proud of her Aai.

Bhavani... tbh i do get frustrated with her at times too - scene after hospitalisation, around Gautam proposal etc. Cant put all the blame on Jayesh. Can imagine his frustration / where he is coming from. Of course no way I can justify what he did (Ishika angle). Hope the new entry will drill sense into her. Else she's likely to cause more trouble than needed.
