Reason Ahuja's shifted to Mumbai can be their family image got dented in Delhi circles after Virat's relationship broke.

From begining after hearing his bitter statements of past experience that girls are gold diggers they are after rich boys, it appeared some greedy young lady married Virat few years back with some FAKE claims, later duped him for a much richer man or asked huge amount of share as alimony to divorce him legally?

Or it can be that Babita asked Virat's fiancee to sign pre-nuptial contract which says 'lady won't get Ahuja's property or business share after her marriage to Virat', which might have made that lady back-off giving an impression she was indeed marrying Virat for his wealth?

Possible. Kind of odd then that Babita is the way she is. Probably being overtly mean cause she doesnt want anyone else to be mean to her(?). The good old glass house and stones proverb applies - and she probably gets away because of the kind of money she has - a luxury the others dont have.

But still, I would prefer there be an ex for Amruta rather than Virat - if indeed someone was married. For the dialogues along the lines of 'why is it the woman' etc.. imo its better (or more respectable) to show it that way.

Some dark secrets in Ahujas. Nice. About time. They have more to them than party all night and day.

First dialogue was odd, given that alliance with Gautam is now fixed. But should be fine for those who havent watched it. [Not liking the preachy bit though. Heard its served a lot in the show in sp. dont want it here. ]

Starting the new year with arguably the best episode so far. Good - content wise. [But keep low expectations - was good for me doesnt mean for everyone else. ]

Virat-Amruta convo was good - gave him quite an earful, only complaint I have is the last 2 lines Amruta said - that is in that unnecessary zone (like that 'mere hote huve nahi'). other than that, good arguement - good points and counterpoints. Sriti's nuances in particular.

Jayesh plans to fool Bhavani.

Good scene with Amruta-Bhavani-Harsh-Jahan. good points raised and discussed.

Good scene b/w Babita- Mr.Ahuja.

Nimrit's alliances broke 5 times. has infertility issues. which should raise their eyebrows too... cause its clear then that the Shekhawts are doing it for money - rather, more than just money.

Shekhar helps Amruta avoid Ishika. Amrtua does have a plan for Rajiv... interesting.

Short Virat-Amruta scene to end it. a fall... but felt ok.. not exactly forced.

Overall, liked this ep. Hope its not an exception and that they have upped their game a bit at least.

Ahujas feel kind of 'human' now... should've been done earlier - but better late than never.

[Strangely, the ep was released earlier on website than on the app. Some 5 mins difference.]

Can remember Amruta telling in the court to judge, that few years back when Jayesh's mom who lives with her younger son fell seriously ill, that other son's family wasn't keen to nurse her, then it was Bhavani who brought her saas to their house and looked after her day & night till she recovered, by becoming both doc & nurse to her saas.

So if old lady in promo is indeed Jayesh's mom, then hopefully writers will show that old lady mostly lives in Delhi with her younger son's family. This may help link her then to Ahuja's who are basically from south Delhi, where its possible for Jayesh's mom to have access to their family secrets, thru some common contacts.

May be an avid reader of 'Dainik news' which seems to cover the Ahujas well - they had an article of the party the other day.

She's someone related to Chitnis - said 'Meri Chitnis Privar'. Also guessing Jayesh may have a tough time now... but who knows, she may even give a tough time to Bhavani and Amruta. But may become the catalyst for Bhavani's transformation.

Overall, a good meaningful episode which is how it should have been from the start, but at least we see a break from pattern here and hope it remains consistent.

Virat and Amruta had a sensible conversation for the first time if I am not mistaken

Hope Jayesh does not create some trap for Bhavani which might be used against her in court
