Writer should have chosen a stronger reason for Amruta to be linked to the Ahujas. Seeing the extent of Babita's hatred towards Amruta, there is no reason for her to be be continuing to work there like a maid. Glad that they have started showing a bond between Virat's dad and Amruta.

It is odd that Amruta is shown not answering Babita - which she easily does with Ishika and even Virat. She does that with father too - and like to notice the emotion with which she does it here in particular.

While the scene yesterday inside the cabin felt fine and in its place (a bit odd that Rajiv came in... which could've been done better), the Babita-Amruta scene later felt unnecessary. Perhaps it was used to move into the promo scene and hopefully we get something about the 'compulsion' on the Ahujas to go ahead with what they are doing around Nimrit. But this seems like a bit too much to expect from Virat.

This is all because they did not start the story focusing on both sides of the family story/characters. Normally, a good serial will click on with the audience we get proper intro/nature of the characters involved in both the ML and FL side of the families.

Here it all started with a bang, Amruta on the yatch/clash with the Ahuja family immediately, Amruta in her home location and anniversary function and the Ahujas suddenly landing up in their place and into their lives. The Ahujas are already a confusing clan/hence showing them altogether in that party mode/glaring dresses with too much pride in their wealth did not form the basis for a good start. Each character should have had a propr intro/their basic nature and a bit of their background story.

In this aspect i would offer reference to KKB where simultaneous scenes of normal day to day life of both Arora and Mehra families were shown right from the first episode and we got a clear picture of their homes and characters. I stress on their homes because along with the characters, we get familiarized/connected with the homes also. Arora family, always Sarla busy in the kitchen/KKB hall, rockstar Dadi, Bulbul, Purvi, JAnki aunty, Sureh, Rachna, Sarla's brother and wife, we were able to relate to the household and the related members so well. And the Mehra household, Abhi, DAdi, later Aalya, Raj/Mithali/aunt/uncle/Robin. And later Purab entering the scene. This was what made KKB such a great success, hitting instantly with no turning back when Abhigya meetings started and later marriage. I can never forget Abhigya bedroom and their scenes inside.

KMTMG crew are slowly focusing on the story/characters now, hope they do not go in for melodrama and focus on a proper logical story with logical tracks.

Right about kkb too. That phase of their individual lives before wedding was a very important phase. We know who the characters are - especially Pragya since they focused more on her - very well before the wedding happened. [Yup.. those bedroom scenes are arguably the core of what Abhigya were.]

It seems to be, sadly, a phase thats undervalued in current shows. Have heard that the ratings of kkb took off only after their wedding... which may be the reason they dont rely much on building characters now. Had seen clips of some other show a few months back and was surprised the FL started working in ML's firm in something like day 1 or 2 and there were 'real' complications in the relationship as early as week 2.

But good to see they are focusing on other characters now - esp Dad Ahuja. the rest of the Ahujas dont have much about them so far.

Some Amruta/Virat dance sequence upcoming, Amruta in the same yellow saree but Virat in a different dress, wonder what function it is now??

Yeah... seems like it. That was unexpected. Bad step if Amruta continues to pursue it. Its done. They all got what they wanted. Leave them alone now!!! But i am guessing she wont. In that sense justifies Babita's anger later on too.

PS: Should be the wiser thing to do actually. [Fingers crossed she wont intervene].
And guess, Babita will still be angry - she tried to break my daughter's alliance, i will break hers.

Since she is in the same sari, guessing the dance is in engagement in upcoming episodes.

There was a dialogue from Dad Ahuja to Amruta in the latest ep: 'Thank you for your concern. acha laga dekhke ke tumhhe humari fikar hai. but dont worry Virat Rajiv ko koyi galti karne nahi dega'. [It didn't look like his way of telling her to mind her own business too.] Guess, that was some foreshadowing. Does mean it can be tough times ahead for Nimrit.

Hmmm bhagwaan issbaar koi locha na hojaye and Rajeev is exposed ncz too much of parties is really getting boring 😴 😪

"Too much of parties making me dehydrated " this line is said by my kid when he was 5 years old as we we were attending my cousins wedding parties 😅🤣😅🤣
