Ekta takes care to select the leads with very good chemistry, her serials start well with a good story/introduction of the ML and FL's families/homes for the first few months. The leads normally get a very good fan base, and then it is up to the leads to keep the viewership rising/consistent rather than the story. She brings in enough drama and festivities to satisfy certain section of the mass audience, though they are getting tired of the repeats/copy past/illogical scenes.

Yep, she has a keen eye on that, despite her stories getting spoiled at some point, I appreciate a lot of her pairs, just like Abhigya, Ishra, Preeran (the initial one) even her latest Aransh...Purane ya current, her couples are unique and some excel in terms of chemistry so much that we wish to see them back only.

However, I feel she should focus on reconsidering her content and giving the audience authenticity. Even ppl are complaining, ppl loved her shows. Nowadays the essence of Balaji is gone and long-lasting shows don't help. TRP ata hai per majboori se.

Yeah, that was odd. Even if the scene was good. Probably staged to show the strong Amruta again - makes me think she is going to be shown weak around Ahujas again... thus a compensation?

On the more accepting side, Ishika (and Jayesh too) is really taken aback by the fact that they demanded money. So may be she wanted to show some anger.

As a general rule, one doesn't go and talk to opposing parties in private if there is a court case going on. It will go badly against one - esp without the lawyers. They have demanded money, but court hasn't approved of it yet. wait for the next date / judgement.

btw, it will be good if they do show a scene of them alone - Jayesh and Ishika. But guess it wont be shown until their heaven is hell for Jayesh.

KMTMG has the potential to beat those Bhagyas but would the audience give a chance to such an empowering show on Zee? Currently, it's the best show FL-wise even story-wise (on Chitnis women's side). ITV audiences are still into saas-bahu dramas where the FL is Mahan, always thinking of ppl before her, but a crying type and shown weak, but when a show like this comes they don't give it much importance and makers end up giving the same and sickening content to please them. ...

Bohot kuch bol sakte hai ITV ke bade mein, but it's too long. Society is evolving and so should ITV content. Working and independent women who also rule their houses perfectly, some men who support them, saas who stand for their Bahu against their beta...there are so many things to say and show...but afsoos! The road is long.

I'm watching this cause its Sriti in here. Wont even bother about the show otherwise. Was watching RM cause Shabir is in it - was a pain but continued on a regular basis for a while until i couldnt. Still keep tabs on how its going but not watching anymore. And given these two shows, the show is going much better than RM did. With RM i could only think of a complete overhaul to make it better. here, making a few adjustments in a few places will do better.

Do hope it does better than the bhagyas... does have the potential. Whether they will be able to do justice to that potential is to be seen.

I dont know if its the audience who wants the weak, mahan FL or whether its the makers who because of lack of experience dont know how to write the opposite better. I'm inclined to think its the makers flaw - not that the audience doesnt like the strong version, but makers dont know how to continue with that version and thus go back to the old known route. [And in fact, if not written well, the strong version can get boring too. har jagah apna gyaan phailati jayegi.]

Heard the opinion (cant verify) that its doing well on weekdays. Weekends is where people prefer other things - BB in particular - which is understandable. Higher drama quotient in BB in weekends i guess.

30th precap is about the deal b/w Shekhawats and Ahujas. Amruta later suggests to Mr Ahuja that they shouldnt sign the deal - of course not taken well by Babita.

the outro mentions 'kya Amruta ye deal hone se bacha payegi?' well... she doesnt need to - kuve me girna hai... girne do. did warn... girna hi hai to go ahead! But at least its something arguably in and around her actual work.

A bit odd she is shown weak around Babita... waiting for her to say 'I said what i had to, baaki jo aap log theek samjhe.'

btw, think they have Amruta in almost every scene of the show - either physically present or a mention in dialogues. Wont be surprised if its true in at least 9/10 scenes. That may not go well. (Dont know if this happens in other shows)

it may be because max viewers of KMTMG show are Sriti/Pragya/Amruta fans..so writers may be giving a solace with her mention..

it also reflects they need to work much more on other characters & cast of the show to get viewers attracted to them..

[Ep 34 / Dec 30th] Wasn't expecting they would release the ep today.

Amruta handled Ishika and Jayesh well. Good scene over all. Ishika later tells if he gives money to them, she'll leave - which kind of shocks him.

Sanjana does make the 'perfect' tea as expected. Job given to Amruta later on.

Shekhawats ask them to sign the deal - has Mr. Ahuja worried. Amruta later advises him not to. Was about to talk back when she was questioned by Rajiv / Babita but Mr. Ahuja signals her not to.

Babita gave her an earful later on.

There was a reverse fall and hold... that was good. the promo scene will come up next.

btw... today (show time today) is engagement day! so another party.

Saw it and yeah she should give up maybe that when we will get that scene on the terrasse 🤷

And Babita kya jante hai business ke Bade mein🤔 did she worked with her husband before and why Always compromised when it Comes to those Shekawats ???? Ready to give everything to them just to get Nimmi married 🤦
