why isn't she the only one covering her head while working in the restaurant's kitchen?

A restaurant staff is always supposed to cover their head, here forget covering, Maa apni zulfein lehra rahi hai in the most hideous manner, taking a bite with hair coming almost near her mouth, absolutely gross!

Customers can sue the restaurant Maa’s hair comes out of the food.

She hasn’t showered, hasn’t changed. Restaurants, hotels have to follow certain hygiene standards to survive, Maa will get the restaurant shut within few days with her habits. She made a wick out of a tissue, where’s her brain, probably left it in Shah house when Mishter Shah was throwing her out.

The problem is not that she is sloppy. Nobody is perfect. The problem is that she has been sloppy since the show started and there has been absolutely no growth.

The strong persona of her answering people was just a 6 month phase after which she was back to being messy. Atleast while married to Vanraj she cried in a corner and came out clean and ready to face a new day, but now she is shown celebrating the sloppyness.

Atleast while not married to Anuj she was very careful of not making mistakes. But as soon as she was married to him, she went head on into constantly going back to making same goof-ups and going back to crying on Anuj's lap without paying any attention to the actual advice he gave her.

WHERE IS THE GROWTH??

I think she grew some guts when the Anuraj divorce happened and then her body couldn't handle it, and that was probably what was removed from her body along with the tumour during surgery.
