This is some other POV that want to put forth here.

When two lead co-actors even if NOT off-screen friends work professionally in a show or film together, still they can bring life to characters & scenes with a well written character and script with a good director, now if BOTH are exceptionally talented at same par and professional enough to co-ordinate well, then their chemistry coming across onscreen as a couple to viewers can be mind blowing.

For e.g. KVB, Harshad, Shabir..none I guess were Sriti's off-screen friends when she started working with them as a female lead on past TV shows. All names mentioned above had popularity, screen presence, talent, spontaneity, passion for their craft that enabled them to light up screens along with Sriti & lift sometimes even an average written scene with their compatibility, mannerisms, diction & performances as co-actors.

yeah when two lead co-actors are already good friends off-screen, there is a comfort level & understanding on sets with friendly positive vibes around, while working together for same show or film.

That may sometimes reflect much better onscreen, only when BOTH of them are exceptionally talented at same level, with amazing screen presence, spontaneous enough to co-ordinate & improvise scenes, situations, dialoguesthus going beyond script by adding their own nuances to well written characters & scenes. Here as actor Arjit is still not at same level of Sriti the actress, in many ways. Neither he is an actor with diction, screen presence at leagues of KVB, Harshad, Shabir.. still long way for him to learn, improve, polish to reach there.

Loopholes in script, character sketches, consistency, styling already visible in KMTMG, added if KMTMG writers & makers are in a mad rush just to showcase their pairing or keep on copying/remaking Sriit's past show's couple scenes here, it can possibly cause a doom very soon as most of Amruta-Virat scenes are appearing forced not organic, there are people like me not able to even foresee future of Amruta with Virat.

Virat character needs some improvement because Amruta's (minus those insult parts), is too strong for a ML like Virat.

Mind you as per timelines of KMTMG story shown so far to viewers it may be just about a week since that infamous 30 years anniversary day/night after which Bhavani & her children became homeless plus forced enmity from Ahuja's side against Amruta got triggered.

So Jayesh was quite fastest to even get date of first hearing from family court judge. Neither he nor courts gave some time to Bhavani to appoint a lawyer & counter the divorce notice served to her by Jayesh.

One night in person Jayesh gave divorce notice to Bhavani, next day she was hospitalized & discharged, same night Mumbai family court sent her summons to appear very next morning before judge.

May be KMTMG team got proper feedback? hence suddenly fast forwarded script to show court scenes plot along with a promo to sustain audience interest in Chitnis family, which is more relatable.

Since Amruta came to know of the Ahuja's only recently, she challenging Rajeev that she will expose him to Nimrit and stop the marriage seems unwanted since there is no good female there in the family with whom she can relate to. No good use of Virat and his dad being good since they are so easily controlled by Babita.

It wasn't unwanted, it was an open and willing challenge for me and as she said, she has nothing to lose.

While all that is true, these are some liberties taken and I'd say not unique to this show.

Virat mentions "itne dino se mere saath kaam kar rahi hai' when he talks to Rajiv after his accusations... where as it was just 2 days.

Amruta mentions in court "kuch roz pehle inhe hospital me admit karna pada tha"... when it was actually yesterday.

Have seen such things in kkb too - many times 'us din' was actually yesterday evening being referred to in the morning - since the incident happened a few eps back. [Also remember Pragya being critical in hospital and they discharge her an ep after the operation is done (7yr leap).]

Quite likely the muh dikhayi scene of Rajiv will happen around mid Jan (30 days)... when on story basis it will be around or even less than a week.

Stopping the marriage to save Nimrit... well... thats where the FL goes 'mahan' and works outside her required zone. But thats understandable too cause she sees where such a marriage can end up - since she saw the after effects of it with her mom.

One view i have is should she have challenged him or did things without challenging him. Hope she has enough in her to back what she said to him that time (cough... Pragya). But yeah... challenge brings more possibilities of drama... and even we would've complained if she was shown humiliated again by Rajiv, if not for that scene.

Well, they always do that, the FL always helps where she should not. And from day one it was obvious she would help that silly Nimmi (boat telling her she looked good and should not worry about her physical, latest eps when she said you are pretty...)

Challenging him was necessary for me, the guy is weak and can't do anything other than prove he is a man. Amu was perfectly right about it on that terrasse. She is an outspoken girl so not challenging him would've been odd. But I saw some shows jahan FL do try hard to expose the villain in vain, but here that should not happen. ITV hai so I'm expecting a bit of drama, but it should not be dragged too much.

She will try and maybe fail but at the end of it Amu will get what she won't and Ahujas better be grateful. I just want her to leave after that exposure and say right in their face, I don't need your money, I'm done here...Virat might regret it as he is kind of attracted to her for an unknown reason (like we saw on last eps), but the best part would be to see all their faces when they will know about the truth. They might be Rich but poor in soch, and sach or jhooth ka farak.

Guru Ji was right, Amu will bring prosperity to that bloody A house, but she deserves better, man!

I was fast forwarding throughout the scene, so caught just that sentence, and that was enough for me to vamoose onto the next scene. I don’t know what happened in Nimrit’s scene, but now no sympathy for her, and knowing Amruta was the topic of convo, I didn’t miss anything.
I want a new family for Amruta, tbh. I don’t want her to marry Virat for the very reasons you have enumerated. And this is why I am against Amvira happening. I wouldn’t mind a new hero for Sriti and the last two episodes showed why.. Sriti had the lion’s share of the scenes.. and she aced them. Be it the scene with Rajiv or with her mother, and later on, the divorce drama.. she aced each scene.

Yes dear, she deserves way better than those A, but unfortunately, we know we will get them in the future

Don’t know what they will show in the show, but under Indian law, divorce can be granted in this case for adultery, if it can be shown that Jayesh and Ishika had sexual relations. Infidelity, which Jayesh is guilty of, does destroy the life of both parties, however isn’t a legal ground for divorce. The legally wedded wife can claim alimony for herself and minor child/children. But since both Amruta and Harsh (who I am assuming has crossed 18 yrs of age, since he is studying medicine) aren’t minors, then I don’t know, whether she is liable for alimony from husband. They purposely avoided taking Ishika’s name, I think.. all throughout this track, they have always thrown shade at Bhavani and Amruta, always avoided actively insulting Jayesh, even though he is the one at fault.

But why such an absurd figure? 33.7 lakhs? I think it’s the value of Bhavani’s various sacrifices and efforts, in bringing her children up. Before the scene, I thought that this 33.7 lakhs would have been half the amount in her FD, that the father withdrew, but looks like it’s for Bhavani’s efforts.

Fortunately not having the Purab hangover. Purab for me is Vin: Arjit :: 70:30. Arjit was more the opp guy to Bulbul... while Vin had a whole phase in ML track and later where almost all he did was help 'Pragya Di'.

This week in particular felt that Sriti had the lions share of scenes.. and more than a few of them were really good. Loved it.

I feel this 30 days notice period will be completed by parties n functions. I was expecting dance practice for sangeet ceremony but here they said one more party.They will have to take break from this parties and functions it's 27 episodes now but Ahuja's are still in party and celebration mood no normal life at all. Hope they finish Nimmi wedding drama soon as now it's repetitive to see everyday Ahuja's celebrating and main motive of the celebration is insulting Amruta.

End of week 4:

Think the week is where Amruta as a character grew and took a unique form of her own. Week was dominated by Sriti / Amruta and there were quite a few scenes where she shined - acting was top notch.

Hemangi/Bhavani did really well too. Though I felt what the character did was ott, i wont say the actor was ott. Didnt like quite a few things the character did. But the actor did really well - could've been really cringe otherwise.

Virat was disappointing. Expected better from him, though Arjit continues to be fine.

Ahujas.... Hope they have something in them. their scenes are just ff worthy. Rajiv is much better... in fact doing well.

The week is also when i start to feel its better for Amruta to not end up with Virat. Hadn't felt it before.

Amu is the soul of the show, she has carried it from day one, thankfully characters like Bhavani make it a bit easy for her Both are beyond amazing.

Yes, Bhavani needs to go further in her life, and keep thinking of her children, and still "supporting" Jayesh won't help her. However, I loved it when she said "usko azadi chahiye nahin milega" It sounded like "I won't make it easy for you, you wanna be happy making my life hell, not happening"

Virat, yes, on this track can't expect anything from him (about helping Amu and all, total disappointment).

No comment on Ahujas, they are sickening! Hum amir hai, we can do this that, go to hell yaar! I can't with them. Talking about them, I felt bad for Sheky because of what the aunt said But happy he has a friend like Virat.
