Ruhi will not likely find out the truth so soon. Maybe post college track once Abhira starts falling for Armaan then only they will introduce this track so that Ruhi can guilt trip Abhira and by that time Armaan would have developed feelings for Abhira probably distancing himself from Ruhi.

Armaan is different from Vaada Chavan in one way: he still has genuine feelings for Ruhi. He stood up for Manish because Ruhi was upset, and not for Abhira as others have interpreted. Vaada Chavan at this point was already halfway,falling for Sai .

Armaan ne Abhira ki baat maan kar Dadisa se Parnanu se mafi mangne ki baat ki ye baat acchi hai. After all, Parnanu umar mein Phuphasa se bare hai.

I'll wait for at least one month to make my mind on all the characters apart from abhira of course, because she's my favourite

Armaan's reasoning infront of Dadisa was exactly what Abhira was telling him in bedroom scene. It was definitely her influence that made him standup for MG. Armaan is getting influenced by Abhira its just when he keeps seeing Ruhi he feels guilty. i agree Virat was way more impulsive towards everything.

I also like Abhira. She is cheerful and funny. Abhira and Rohit are similar. Armaan ko thoda time chahiye, mujhe lagta hai wo future mein badal jayega.

We shouldn't expect Armaan to become supportive so quickly. It's possible that we've grown accustomed to Abhinav's behavior and expect everyone to mirror him. In the previous generation all MLs leads of 'Ye Rishta,' exhibited toxic traits—whether it was Naitik, Kartik, or AbhiM. Kartik would frequently accuse Naira, and Naitik had similar tendencies. It seems Armaan is now following a similar path but he definitely seems more calm than other ML's.

Armaan's main drawback seems to be his inability to set boundaries with Chuhi, but that will likely to change over time. Perhaps my exposure to several shows on SP lately featuring a similar pattern of one ML and two FL's which is why I'm inclined to give Armaan the benefit of the doubt atleast one month down the line.

Armaan talked to Hitler Dadi about Manish because of Abhira's influence. Warna Ruhi ke baat maanke he could not even stand up for his so-called love, toh B. Nanu kya cheez hai. They want to show the influence Abhira has on Armaan. She's slowly making him a better person. At the same time, Ruhi's guilt-tripping takes him back two steps. This will go on till the time Armaan falls for Abhira and his interactions with Ruhi reduces.
