Why didnt Anuj stop Anupamaa?

Has he finally made peace with the fact that Anupama and him were never meant to be? that Anupama never really cared for him and CA, despite her declaring and announcing her prem for them bohot bohot bohot baar? Can he finally see through the lies she's been telling him about her superficial, conditional and shallow pyaar that was done in charity in her spare time from the Shahs?

Though he was a bit taken aback by her impulsive decision to leave, he stood his ground(atleast for now) and didnt let her manipulate him and let her go without a single attempt to stop her... has he finally understood where he really was in her life? I hope so!

Perhaps his resolve may only last for a whole of 2 and quarter days for all we know but he looked determined to let her be and chose to free her of his hakk that he could never claim...

They obviously didn't divorce for a reason or may be they did in the the 5 years (hope he sent her the notice if so) and we know they will reunite in the US...I just hope and its a big ask off DKP I know but if and when they meet, I hope Anuj isn't petty with her and hope he has raised CA well away from Joganpama's toxicity...

I absolutely loathe Anupamaa's character but even someone as pathetic as her deserves a second chance(or third) I hope she finds her peace and starts a new life with a fresh outlook on life away from all her baggage, dhaage and matke, she needs to live for herself- not for Anuj, not for CA, not for the Shahs, for HER OWN SELF!

She should follow her passion, build a life around it and create a positive identity, she owes it to herself.

Maybe he was tired of getting spat at in the name of Thu thu thu and hence he didn't stop her.

Plus with Kavya out of the way and AnupaMaid also leaving, it meant that Van....uj.....nvm

He does not know how to ask for forgiveness. Last time, he fell at her feet. He is wondering what more can he do this time. "Should I rub my nose in her feet, should I cut my tongue for saying such harsh words to her?" are the question echoing on his mind now.

BTW, Anupama's only passion is serving the Shahs

I felt he was also taken aback like us that she decided to leave him just because he stated what he felt to her. Her decision to so easily give up on him must have been again a red flag to him and made him realize that how selfish she was to leave him instead of accepting or rectifying her mistakes which must have made him strong enough to let her go

Kinda disagree, she doesn’t deserve anymore chances, she only ruins the lives of people she is around. She got enough number of chances and she always chose Shahs. I hope she doesn’t marry the third time and ruins more lives!
