Yes, even if she was "Maa Hn Ne", she would now have been an independent woman and she could have straightened her brattish "kids". She could have commanded respect due to the mother.

By maintaining boundaries from the abusive household, she would have found her voice which she lost in her abusive marriage.

If she did opt for adoption, she could have been able to make a balanced, happy family for the newest addition amending mistakes with 3 anmol ratna.

In infinite series maintaining story line is impossible.

Story was about a meek housewife getting abused by inlaws, husband n children n breaking free.

However anupama kept going back to same people n prioritised them over everything. Then what's the point of breaking free.

Hence basic plot itself became shallow.

Her education is 1 track, she traveling the world or even for the fact to the US is 1 track, she starting something of her own (rather than joining someone's established) is 1 track, she helping women who undergo abuse, help them start on their own is 1 track, she giving herself a makeover is 1 track, she converting her bhasan technique into a TED talk is 1 track and many more if the makers really want to show a woman's journey into finding herself!!! I am not a story writer but the above listed can atleast help a show run for an year to two as each of these have so many layers of work that can be shown.

Because this woman’s only identity in this lifetime is she is a Maa.

Her existence depends on being a Maa. This show is about a Maa’s journey of becoming Maa again and again, apne bachho ki, adopted bachho ki, bachho ke bachho ki, Sautan ke bachho ki, Devar ke bachho ki aur koi bhi beghar bachha mil jaye jaise Dimpy unki sabki Maa Anupamaa (isiliye naam mein hi Maa hai)

If someone would ask her to do a SWOT analysis - it wiuld be Maa hona is my strength, I am a Maa and my kids are my weakness, I love every opportunity given to me to become a Maa again (CA, Dimpy, Romil, Kinjal), and the only threat in my life is my kids should not forget me and have my need in every phase of their life else I get FOMO.

It would have been a better content to show that late marriages have different priorities. It would have been a better content to show that a man doesn't necessarily want a family but want the love of his life to actually live for herself which she has not the past 26 years!! It would have been a better content to show that the man brought her out of this uncomfort comfortable zone of hers and taught her the value of life.

Rajan Shahi does not know how to make good shows. He had an opportunity with this show to showcase what a woman can do after she is divorced for herself. But he chose to show the same priorities all over again. Such a waste of talent and money!!! He would have still gotten his TRPs with a different content as people in India are now becoming Attma Nirbar so it would have served better. Shame on you Rajan Shahi for not showing what a woman can actually do.

I mean he had the premise. Around the time when Anuj offered Anupama partnership. He could have shown Anupamaa becoming more and more independent. Changing her habit of over helping the Shahs and slowly built up to a relationship with Anuj

Then they could have taken the show forward with her going international with Anuj as her business/life partner. And more importantly instead of endless stream of episodes. Show limited episodes but with a good and cohesive story. It would have earned accolades and kept it's TRP spot and be remembered as a good show.

They might even have managed spin off with child characters where the adults could have made special appearance. But sadly all that opportunity was wasted for some brief high TRP. Cheap publicity tactics and 0 respect for his own content or the audience watching it

PHs care only about profit hence they use same used formula of saas bahu. They don't think about creating quality content just concerned about Minting money.

Hence even if story doesn't make sense still same nonsense was repeated like 10 times.

So many times vanraj threw Anupama.

So many times baa cursed anuj anupama.

So many times anuj n CA were shown ignored.

They changed story line only after TRP fell. If it would be stable the they would be showing same thing again. Though after leap too same thing will be repeated.
