Disclaimer: I am not Team, Anuj or Team Anupama nor Team CA. I am only Team Entertainment

It would have been a better content to show that late marriages have different priorities. It would have been a better content to show that a man doesn't necessarily want a family but want the love of his life to actually live for herself which she has not the past 26 years!! It would have been a better content to show that the man brought her out of this uncomfort comfortable zone of hers and taught her the value of life.

Rajan Shahi does not know how to make good shows. He had an opportunity with this show to showcase what a woman can do after she is divorced for herself. But he chose to show the same priorities all over again. Such a waste of talent and money!!! He would have still gotten his TRPs with a different content as people in India are now becoming Attma Nirbar so it would have served better. Shame on you Rajan Shahi for not showing what a woman can actually do.

Actually yes

Imagine anupama started a self help group for women like her who are not much educated and they open a catering business to office goers like mumbai dhabba wallahs and it becomes super hit

with anuj and kanta helping her a bit with initial finnace or place etc

what an inspiration anupam awould be

and she gets award for her enterise after few years

what a proud moment for anuj anupama CA kanta

and CA and samar and pakhi and toshu say we are proud of you mummy

what a great story it would be

i had seen a movie in mid 2000s(south) a man cannot read write as hes dyslexic or something and all his siblings become big business men and collectors etc this kid is humiliated by father every day as good for nothing and uneducated and fool just like anupama. This movie was made in all south languages and won state awards and was super duper hit in all languages than.

Than this man middle brother wife(his younger brother wife) comes marrying to home and sees how father, brothers all humiliate him treat him badly. Father has become a big minister by than something like that. Father is ashamed to call him son and never introduce him as family to anyone coming home or in his office etc.

She decides to make him a business guy and rich so all respect him

and she helps him set up a small business pickle than papad than jam etc (shes a great cook and he helps her in cutting and preparing she shes highly educated like MBA city bred USA educated girl actually but settles in small town with this family as this family is super rich and known to her family i think arranged wedding or something)

and than slowly they start business and than he goes and sells bottles to shops in small town than near by towns on vehicles(bike) and after few years all ask for that brand

and than all start respecting him in that small town who laugh and mock him saying look at your brothers and sister all very educated and big post, politician, business men, collector etc

The final scene is him getting award as best business man of year of state for year and first time in life his father and siblings proud of him and tell all hes my son or brother. While before they are ashamed of him. His younger brother says hes my servant when he goes to his college (BE college)

It was shown beautifully the struggles of this man, he was not good in education or calculation etc had problems reading writing

This sister in law would do all maths and go fight with shop keepers if they fooled him on price(giving less price as hes bad in maths). She even teaches him how to calculate and fight with shop keepers. And his brother in law too supports him and goes and fights if anyone cheat him and warn them. That brother in law is also very influential family like minister son or very educated. So if this guy comes and says these ppl never gave money took bottles never gave money than he helps to get money going to vendors and gives ideas to fight competitors who play games with this man etc and for branding. Other than his family rest all help him like servants at home, sis in law, brother in law etc in setting up the business

They show entire process of how to start business what difficulty the face like family objects parents are against it siblings are like how humiliation our brother will sell pickle etc it showed entire process of how to start business what difficulty face, how shops and vendors cheat etc how competitors put that person label and sell contaminated pickle and kill ppl to get him out of competition

They just showed every reality of business and under arm tactics and how he and his sis in law over come it without family help or police etc all against them

If only they showed this story with anupama because women business women face much more issues than men

Atleast there hero was a man so he was nnot facing too many issues like a woman business lady

Instead VanRajan TamaShahi decided to show a completely different story about the life of a Saaf Dil Accha Pita. How he lived with a demon for 26 years, how he was majboor to cheat on his toxic partner due to getting no love from her, how a father had single-handedly raised his kids while the so called mother was busy slaving away!

This character seemed like a villain at first but now it is clear that he is the protagonist who has gone through many tough trials to be what he is today.

Now the audience can do nothing but show sympathy to this perfect protagonist smiley9

Well done VanRajan TamaShahi for creating this masterpiece called ‘Vanraj’ Thu Thu Thu

My whole point is no CA and having different priorities in late marriages. A lot of late marriages are not focused on family but on companionship. He said he hastily married he'd, I would say he hastily brought up the family situation again with her. Given what she went through, he should have given her some time to process everything, helped her complete education and find herself for the fact.

Rajan Shahi made this is a show about a mother instead of a show about a woman's journey in finding herself. I would buy thr latter as a woman myself. Like what you do after divorce what you do to create your own identity.

Stupid buddi Deepa Shahi is a woman herself but choose to write a pathetic story 🙄

Yes anuj and anupama married too early

but thats for TRP i guess

I would prefer them being friends only may be and anuj helping her set up her own business as hes intelligent and capable

see in india couples try till 40 to have kids than adopt mostly

so i do not see where anuj is wrong to adopt CA

Every human needs a family a child as his own

vanraj and anupama 3 kids can never be anuj real kids

so anuj wanated to be real father of kid

nothing wrong

But anupama should have told direct we will adopt but i can never be a mother, you keep nanny or maids and you be mom and dad to her

one of my neighbour did same hubby do not want child born in late 40s wife wants so wife only takes care

Hubby angry with her for having a child in 40s not aborted so he give damn to kid

The show tanked at the point where:

1. The premise of divorce was just husband's infidelity and did not include abuse. Hell, it dud not even recognise abuse in the household.

2. When Anupama stayed back in the sasural making it her pseudo Maayka.

3. Interfered in the family matters of her pseudo Maayka.

They could have shown her:

1. Go with her biological mother. Her "kids" were adults and they could well be visiting their mother and even help her find a foot firm.

2. Assist her mother in her business while completing education, skill development in an evening college.

3. There are a number of job opportunities or small scale business opportunities based on skills acquired and she could have leveraged her skills in modernizing her mother/brother's business and eventually moved to an independent apartment.

4. She could have expanded her business, she could have failed some deadlines and eventually built time management.

At this time, she could have given life and companionship another chance.

At that time, she would have proven her worth and been an equal in the true sense in the marriage.

Adoption could eventually have been a beautiful addition but when both the man and his wife are ready to take responsibility without the baggages.

Anuj wasn't wrong adopting CA. If the marriage decision was too early then even the adoption decision was too early. They should have taken time to think all odds, how will they do it etc etc. Marriage decision happened in a months time and adoption decision was a week after marriage. There wasn't anytime given to understand each other. Even natural pregnancy takes 9 months not 1 week. Anyway, I am talking about a content where it is a woman's journey and not a mother's journey.

Exactly my view as well. They should have shown a woman's journey rather than monkeying from one motherhood to the next. They made it a mother's journey instead of a woman finding herself.
