They are just dumbing it down for Abhira like Abhira can’t manage cooking or arrange a cupboard. Basic cheez bhi nahi aata. Whereas Ruhi is prefect bahu, cooking, dancing etc etc prefect. They are just trying to glorify Ruhi.

This is what happened in Ghum Kaku liked and always compared Pakhi with Sai..

but sai knew how to cook and other things and then their was ashwini as well as her mausi to help. Here she is having no one, except may be armaan because all ladies fear to go against dadisa while ashwini went against kaku for sai many times.

exactly…Abhira is in her final year of her law degree…so she obviously did well in her studies. And nowadays girls are not trained to,be bahus..with cooking, and Draping sarees , etc..girls go out and get their careers and lots of house stuff is learnt after marriage..

Here they tried to change it as Armaan mother started crying as her son got married without informing them. She’s also his stepmother and not willing to help. Hope they make a lot of changes making it better than Ghum.
