Talking about sex openly with adults and earning money off movies jutifying sexual violence are two diametrically opposite things.

Fully grown adults should know the difference between the two.

Any actor doing a movie that normalises sexual coercion and/or bigotry is trashy. Ranveer is not an exception to that rule.

My fave did a superb role of a sexually violent husband in a movie, and his character was brutally killed by the heroine. There are ways in which horrid things can be presented without justifying the behaviour. Anyhow.

Bhai I don't even like Ranveer, and do think that AIB is a trash company. But the way you are grasping at straws, feigning false outrage, and putting words in my mouth to invalidate my criticism of this film and Ranbir's choices as a public figure is hilarious.

Roasts are an established comedic genre. You will be shocked to know how in the past Indian writers, from Zafar Attali to Shudraka, have openly talked of sex and used it for satire. Sexual coercion being justified is not satire though.

My fave is dead, so you can continue to rant about Ranveer with utter false equivalencies lol.

And even if my fave had done such a trash film, I would have bashed them too.
