How do you block a member?

I like to block a member who gives unnecessary comments. I did reported the member but still find ways. So how can i just block them?

Just the way I blocked you......click on the members profile and choose the option to block.

haha! I know when certain member blocks me but then it makes no sense Why they will target even talk about my comments? I mean wasn't their purpose to block me was not respond on my comments? I pray for their healing
