Goldy Brar (a Canada based gangster) and Bishnoi claimed responsibility for Moosewala’s murder but again unless there is evidence to connect these gangsters to the state government, it will be nothing but speculation. apart from cash, i think the quid pro quo also involved absolving gupta from charges in gujrat. For that, it might have been necessary to mention the govt connections.

There's strong possibility this is a ploy to frame the Indian govt by the chinese, pakis, or even the khalistanis etc. This entire thing was too sloppy, too sloppy by Indian standards.

Makes sense. Also may help instill confidence in Gupta if Gupta is convinced that he has the backing of "the government".

If US and Canada want to send India on a wild goose chase, and if India obliges, India should invoice these two countries, per resource / per hour.
