There are two stages of emotional bond.

One is the first stage of emotional bond where love trust faith attachment develops that comes first and you trust and love your partner enough to get physical with your partner.

But after physical intimacy there comes another emotional bond, 2nd stage of emotional bond where you get more confidence and relaxation in your relationship. After physical relationship you develop a certain kind of Emotional bond that is more of hormonal and less of outwardly feelings thus that emotional bond is more stronger than the first one.
