He was not with his family for years..

Did not know he had a large family for years. They do not know he is alive...They are waiting for preetha ..but rarely show that they remember him

He was with his mother...but did know she was his mother...Now that he knows that Preeta is his mother ..she does not know he is her son still.

The woman that he thought was his mother and loves like his mother is in Coma.

Now looking at the scenes that they are showing between Shourya and Palki...I am worrying that he might be not even get to be happy with the girl he is in love with.
