Amrit was an enjoyable naughty character when he was fooling Gattu and Sonali with obvious lies, freeloading, and wasting time and money wooing Bulbul-as-Imlie^3. After Sonali found out, Amrit should have lost his meal ticket, panicked, and learned to stand on his own feet. His genuine attraction to Imlie^3 could have given her an alternative to abusive Gattu.

Now the writers are making Amrit an arsonist, killer, and molester, just to prop Gattu. The only reason that Amrit forces himself on Imlie^3 is so that we'll forget how offensive it is that Gattu always picks up Imlie^3 and carries her against her will.

On other shows, the villain touches the heroine's clothes so that the hero can jump in to save her, as if the suddenly chivalrous hero didn't previously cut open her blouse and threaten to rape her, take off his shirt and carry her to bed by force, drag her into his car to marry her by force, threaten to take off his towel in front of her etc. The creative team of Imalī (3rd generation) made the correct choice to show Imlie^3 as a victim who has to find her own voice, not a damsel-in-distress for Gattu to rescue.

The scenes of Amrit grabbing Imlie^3's wrist and rubbing his foot on her leg are illogical for both characters. Amrit should know that his future depends on Sonali's forgiveness. Imlie^3 should tell Gattu about Amrit's "bar singer" blackmail and let Gattu solve his own problem.

That lechy character holding Imlie’s hand multiple times itself wasn’t acceptable and what happened at the dining table was horrible beyond words.

I know they need to stop that leech from coming close to or touching Imlie. Abuse depends on the victim. Whose touch the victim is repulsed by, not by how others perceive the touch.

I totally agree. Though they are showing Imlie fight back the jeeja by the way Imlie repeatedly called Jeeja when Sonali was answering the phone this is not done. I hate that they show Amrit touching Imlie and nope they don't have any chemistry contrary of what some people might think, A girl who is being harassed is not cute neither is something I prefer to watch. I hate that Amrit is able to do this even with Sonali knowing everything about his lusty ways is too much. Why is Sonali even putting up with this creep.

I totally get what you are saying. I too forward these scenes. I couldn't take these scenes in Sai ka earlier show too where in they made the ex-husband do it as if it would somehow magically be correct. Today they showed Jugnu watch Imlie being uncomfortable with jeeja being around so I hoping Agastya would come to know of the harassment Imlie is facing.

Amrit ke actions aren't innocent or cute in any way. Imlie has made it super clear she doesn't want him to touch her. This was clear even before the shaadi when she held the sickle and knife to his throat and even now when she clearly spelled it out.

Now I understand what you meant. I just feel these may be attention seeking tactics because koi bhi bhav nai de raha since 2 months lol. Khud se baat karke bhi insaan thak jayega na smiley44

Koi reasonable replies honge, toh debate bhi kar le insaan. Kuch logon se baat karke apna hi time waste hoga.

Waise, lots of chintus are triggered to see Sai do so well in this show and how well his character is written. Jaise Sai humesha bolta hai, it is good that some hands try to pull him down because it shows how successful he is becoming. Shine my boy, shine 😍😍

Imlie^3 touched Amrit that time because he wouldn't pay for her singing. At that time, he knew that she was grieving for her child and he showed no interest in touching her. If you want that incident to tie in with the unwanted touching now, feel free to write a fan fiction.

If this show upsets you, you can discuss any entertainment you like, or create your own fiction. Discussing and name-calling other members is frowned upon.

I don't post anything with the intention of upsetting anyone. When I reply to someone's points, I understand that s/he doesn't have to reply, and anyone else is free to reply in an open forum. Don't take my presence here personally. I have no quarrel with anyone.

I'm not interested to engage in any discussion with you about the show or anything else. I have never replied to any of your comments nor am I interested to reply to any subsequent comment of yours. This one I feel obligated to so that I can clarify your misunderstanding.

You don't know the context of my reply to my friend so you should stay out of it. I haven't discussed or name called you, if you felt I did, it is not my issue.

Moral policing is frowned upon as well. If I don't like the subject of a TV show I watch for an actor I like, I have the rights to point it out. I don't need your suggestions about writing a fan fiction or discussing other entertainment. The same way you can point out issues with the show and still continue to watch, so can others. Keep the moral policing to yourself pls.

Stop with the virtue signalling as our lives don't revolve around the show or the people on this forum. You don't need to take anything said here personally. You can continue to do what you like on a public forum. Has anyone stopped you from doing that?

Finally, stop meddling in conversations that have nothing to do with you.

I know what you mean. You know I'm generally strong and don't get triggered so easily. But yesterday's episode was extreme for sure. You can watch today's episode there was no harassment scene. Plus the episode was really good too. They need to tone down such scenes. I think unanimously viewers are repulsed by it.

Precap skip Kar Dena.

I'll try to watch it then. I hope it has some romantic scenes between Agastiya and Imlie.smiley43

Imlie tries to seduce Agastya with a rain dance. There was a very nice emotional scene between Agastya and Imlie where they showed how much they care for each other. Everyday I make a post in the AT after the episode. You can read that and decide if you want to watch the episode or not.

I can even include a warning about the abuse/ harassment scenes going forward so you can decide to skip as well.
