Why don't anupama give up signing authority of kapadia empire

I don't understand why Anupama is Not giving up her authority over Kapadia Empire . Which she hardly cared for. I wonder if kapadia company got bankruptcy she would hardly give damn about it since shah are not included in this matter??

If anuj is not there anupama will be his legal heir so doesn't matter she is signing authority or not.
