See I don't want to hold Gul's other shows as a benchmark here. The first show I saw when I was a teenager and didn't know any better. The last show I saw of hers was in 2016 and that had a terrible manhandling scene on the day of the forceful wedding. I don't want Agastya to even be slightly violent towards Imlie. It's totally uncalled for and unjustified. I hope the director is a bit more careful on how it's presented to the audience.

I totally get Agastya ke reasons to think of her as a gold digger and not give her the benefit of the doubt. Same with his behavior with Sonali, he doesn't know of the betrayal. But the thing is there's no need to show him go to this extreme specially when the whole past is not shown to us. As an audience I know there's something in his past that makes him behave this way. I don't know what that is so I can't understand if what he's doing is justified or not.

I hope with the world cup out of the way soon, we get to the past tracks to slowly get them move ahead.

Also, about the legality of the wedding, I had the same doubts? We saw them sign the registered wedding docs before the lawyer, jiske papers he kept showing Sonali. We didn't see them actually signing a contract that listed out terms. Agastya didn't have time on the wedding day but uske baad also he didn't get her to sign a contract. He did put mangalsutra n sindoor so who can say it's not a real wedding, there's some grey area here. Imlie take him to the dry cleaners when y'all divorce lol. He believes she's a gold digger but didn't get her to sign a contract to save his wealth and assets.

Also who do you think called Agastya if not Amrit?

See in no way am I justifying Agastya ka behavior. But I get why he was angry. He knows that Sonali knows the secret of Imlie being a bar singer and then Sonali went and got the poor family of Imlie to just snatch the director chair from him. So every day Sonali stays back in Chaudary house is a day filled with danger for Agastya. It was just sheer luck that Imlie and Agastya told the truth to Dadi and asked for forgiveness before Sonali exposed them. So Agastya is right now prioritizing Sonali being out of his way and Imlie's talks to Dadi just reversed that decision. That what he said to Imlie - Achi khasi she was on her way to sasural and you stopped her. And in anger he thinks it is because Imlie wants the charade to continue and have more money. So here it is more of Agastya's outburst at his plans flopping due to Imlie than him manhandling her.

And he did realize that he needs to be with Imlie for the charade to continue and that is why he went looking for her and got her back and also stopped Nyonika from questioning Imlie. So right now he is angry with Imlie as he thinks Sonali who was a clear danger to him is staying back only due to her.

And I really don't think Agastya and Imlie had any contract done. He just asked for promise that Imlie will willingly walk out of the marriage at the end of 6 months. And I want Imlie to do that. Let this guy go back and apologize and get Imlie to come back to him. I am thinking it is Nyonika who might have called Agastya and she might hold on to the hope that the marriage might end one day. But little does she know that Agastya will never go back to Nyonika even if Imlie does not stay with him.

Agasthya did disappoint me today. Why is he so insensitive to other’s pain?

Him not wanting Sonali around is understandable . He doesn’t know about Jeeja. And it’s not like Sonali would sit quietly anyways. Why waste time tackling her. He would rather focus on getting the shares transferred asap.

But August babu, what is this behaviour with Imlie? If you have your majbooris, she also does. She saved you on multiple occasions and you throw her out of the room in the middle of the night?

Thank goodness he gave it back to Miss. Johari. But we’ll, he is the one who got her home Send her back man.

Regarding the phone call. Agasthya definitely picked up the call instead of cutting it. Someone heard the entire conversation. But who?

I'm not saying you are justifying his behavior. I didn't like today's episode at all. Lots of things pissed me off and all of them happened together. I hope they don't take it too extreme in the coming episodes. It's totally extra and not required.

Also even he thinks so low of her, calls her characterless gold diggers, very L move to not sign a legal contract. What if Imlie doesn't leave by the end of 6 months and says she's his real wife n demands half the wealth. I'd believe he's smarter than that.

Nyonika coming between Imlie and Agastya is again not needed as they already have enough masla between them.

Last time he screamt about the contract wedding when Nyonika was in the room and this time again he will do this kaand. Already problems kam the kya life main inke ki yeh aadmi dhoond dhoond ke kulhadi pe pair maar raha hai...

Opps! Didn’t think about this angle. But what will she get exposing the truth? Blackmail Imlie or help Sonali? And why would Agasthya give in to all this?

To tell in one sentence "because he is Gul's hero".. hehe... But if we see, there is a lot of baggage on both hero and heroine of Gul's shows... But the hero often carry that baggage and show his anger on the lady who will become his love down the lane... contrary to that, the heroine is chirpy and bubbly and she finds funny ways to solve her problems 🤦.. I have lot to say but as this is AT, I don't want to deviate the topic without appreciating Sai or Auggy...

Nothing much in today's episode. Dadi wants Imlie to give prasad to some chacha who is staying in a far away village and tells Imlie to ask Agastya to accompany her as the place is little far off. Agastya who is still angry on Imlie refuses to go with her. Imlie goes alone and then when coming back she runs into some goons who recognize her as the bar singer in phurwaiya and try to take advantage of her. The whole episode was majorly Imlie trying to outrun the goons and save herself. It does look like Gul has learnt the art of extending the episode as this whole thing could have been wrapped up in 10 mins but Gul took about 16 mins for this bakwaas. In the end Agastya comes to save her and Imlie sees him and calls out to him before falling unconscious. Tomorrow's episode would be Agastya ka fight sequence which could have been easily shown in today's episode. I get that this show and the PH are made to compensate for the padosi show but hopefully we will get back to the crisp story telling after world cup ends.

One thing that was clarified in today's episode is the legality of Agastya - Imlie's marriage. So looks like Agastya and Imlie ka marriage is completely valid and Agsatya is getting the post dated Divorce papers ready to be signed by Imlie now itself. And it looks like the transfer of company shares might take up to 3 months. So Agastya was talking to the lawyer to get post dated divorce papers ready and maybe his idea is to get Imlie to sign them up now itself. So it looks like the marriage is completely valid and that is why they got the marriage certificate from the register office which Agastya uses to taunt Sonali. Uff thank god - So the marriage is valid and Agastya wants Imlie to give him divorce after the shares are transferred.

Also it looks like no one heard the phone conversation between Agastya and Imlie in the night.

I really wish Agastya knows why Imlie agreed for the contract marriage and why she needed 5 lakhs. It is getting monotonous to see Agastya blaming Imlie and then in the end he does end up saving her. This is going to keep on happening until Agastya knows the reason for Imlie agreeing to the marriage. Once he realizes Imlie's majboori then he will try to understand her better and there can be some positive development in their relationship. Warna it is going to be 1 step forward 2 steps back tango. But I guess that is how these shows extend their episodes.

I hope the team has enough bank so Sai can get to rest..the whole team has been made to work donkey hours to compensate for other shows. Hope Gul knows what she's doing and hope the actors including Sai get paid extra for the overtime hours. It's not easy to work for 16 hours everyday and look the way actors have to look.

It seems kal Agastya Imlie will have a few moments of romance. Do you think they will consummate the wedding? Considering the marriage is legal (again a foolish step by Agastya marrying a woman he considers as a gold digger without getting her to sign the contract)..

Not much of Agasthya today. But boy needs to mind his tongue. Kuch bhi bolta hai.

Sharada, we will have to get used to the pace. Infact I was thinking they should have left at Imlie being hit. Agasthya’s entry shouId have been tomorrow.

If they maintain a crisp story telling, the story will be done in 100-150 episodes. Our padosis would have shown this one track over a week.

Wish Gul had a team of multiple Directors and DOPs. They could have simultaneously shot in the jungle, Chaudhary house or hospital. They would have a good bank of episodes and the team could enjoy 2-3 days off during Diwali.

Nah I don't think they are going to consummate the marriage. Consummation = story done in Gul ke shows so I really hope there is no consummation this early. I think Agastya ka idea was that she would give him divorce after 6 months and she would not ask any alimony from him. This is what he says when he proposes for marriage in the rain. This is 3rd or 4th day of marriage and that is why he is asking the lawyers to prepare divorce papers which are post dated and his idea is to get Imlie to sign them before hand now itself. I think in the divorce they are going to stay the reason as mutual agreement and there will no alimony. I feel that is the only logical way to go. There can not be divorce agreement sign before the marriage as Agastya hardly had any time to get the marriage formalities done. So now he is looking at the divorce and getting the lawyer to complete all the work before hand only.

So chalo, marriage is legal every way and then Agastya has also married Imlie in front of his family members.
