In the same context, even though I am not a fan of Anupamaa with what she does for favoring the Shahs, that can also not be called cheating, because she does everything with Anuj's awareness and permission. If Anuj is letting her do what she likes with full disclosure, it's called an "open marriage" and not cheating (ref. Another popular hotstar show )

@bold: About independently taking decisions impacting others' lives, the less said the better because the only person who has been taking decisions other than the Sr. Shahs is Anupama.

Anupama favouring Shahs because of Bachchon ke pita. Then how can Anuj favouring apni Bachchi Maa be wrong?

Also, yes, Anupama did not ghost him but her explanation was enough to make him a ghost (his presence reminds her of him being the cause of her son).

Anupama never tried to know the reason that why he stayed back. Not for once she tried to reach him. It was Pakhi who informed everyone that he is coming back and it was Anuj who said he can’t.

Anupama didn’t did anything. Anupama not for once ask him what happen.

After coming back also it was Anuj who wanted to talk and explain why he didn’t came. He was basically running after her to explain. He was the begging for some time to talk. He goes on his knees and ask for forgiveness. He said that he was wrong to stay back for maaya. He said that he should have tell her before. He was ready to deal with maaya and send her for treatment but Anupama said you took the decision than stay with it. I don’t have anything to do with you and your decision because she was ready to go America and leave everything behind her.
