For me, I have already accepted that Abhi's death happened during the suicide attempt itself. He was ready to die, and he did. I think...and worry, that if they want to make this rift between Abhi and Manjari worse, they may do an accident that Manjari is partially responsible for and have Abhir die. Abhi will blame Manjari this time in reverse WD and then separate. Abhira will raise Navri together and gen leap. Navri will have Abhi's values and possibly help reconcile him with Manjari before they both die off.

Anyways all of these are just theories. I don't know what they are doing as the death sequence hasn't even begun.

But my issue is with how they showed he felt he deserved another chance with Akshara from the time of his proposal to the marriage. She made him feel that way. His heart revived and he unfortunately got happy not knowing what he was getting into. After that, he just became a complete doormat and is just eager to pay off his dues. I don't know if it was incoherent story telling or they deliberately wanted to show Abhi like that. I think it's the later.

I also don't understand why they killed off Nav. They should have kept him onboard, that could have at least saved Akshara's character and show them having family while Abhi is killed off like you said. Then they could have phased out the Birla family.

This raising together point was raised yesterday as one of the possibilities and that is why I decided to stop watching. I was completely against everything that's happening now since the marriage episode and was only here coz Abhi and Abhir will die but if that will not happen, then I am unable to handle Abhi's character assassination any longer. It's hard to watch. I can't reconcile with the point that Akshara will get Abhi and Abhir without any realization on her part. But for the new gen, they can show it this way.

Your POV on his behavior makes sense, I just think that he did it for Abhir more than Akshara. He could have protected Akshara just as well, but Abhir's heart condition got triggered. He wasn't there for his child before and it's weighing down on this conscience. Once he made up his mind on that, he is ready to accept anything about Akshara it does not matter to him if he is a doormat. It is also the way they showed MJ's demand. She can just ask Abhi to not marry, but she is asking for Akshara aborting the baby. But yeah, if MJ dies first and Abhi follows, that will also be good provided he realizes that again he sacrificed his family to keep Akshara happy.

He did for abhir actually both of them but where is abhir now, abhi don't have one scene or dialogue for abhir akshara never bothered about her kid unless he's dying so there. Two of them behaving like husband wife with hugging flirting , other day abhi hugged ak and today he's confused when she's initiating light flirting moments??

Manju said you either abort the baby and marry my son or chose the kid , issue with ak is she wants to cut the cake and eat it too, compromise she never learnt cause whenever she made any drastic steps someone else bore the burnt and she won. Even now abhi has lost last part of her blood relation whereas ak has a shiny new husband two kids her entire mayka with her even muskan who's overnight happy with the marriage. She made such hue cry and drama over how she can kill this kid but never once she thought not marrying abhi will be good for their shares history and how vulnerable abhi is. Of course it's writing failure where a kid has the power to pick and chose his father but how pathetic ak is looking, I mean she don't see the icky situation her ex helping her pregnancy with current husband and vice versa happened years ago? Probably not in her delusional head it's kanhaji ki marzi or some bullsht i guess 🤣😏😏😴

Yeah I just think this way cause none of his actions since then have made sense to me, nor have any of the sequences packed a punch. Like even Nav's death sequence and Abhi getting blamed, his emotions were not clear. Then later with helping Ak and stuff, it was so hot and cold. Like sometimes he was overly involved, sometimes he held back and didn't say much. He has been completely closed off emotionally for a while now. Even the confession had nothing behind it, he said it like it was a fact of nature that he loves her. He had no real motivations behind that nor do I think he hoped or anything. He just felt it so said it. But even the fact that he felt it was weird to me.

I am actually more for Abhira raising Navri and Abhir and growing old together. It would make sense if that happened, like all of this mess had some point to it. Think about how many years it has been...almost ten I think since Abhira first met. So its a ten year old relationship with most of it being pain and sorrow and guilt and blames etc etc. If they have ten more years of actual stable relationship it might atleast even out those ten years of pain. But if they have nothing, then it will be like they should have never met itself. Abhi atleast would have avoided ten years of pain and then a sudden death. I don't want anyone else to win here. I don't want Manjari to be right, even though I know she is. I don't want PB to be right, even though I know he was. I want Abhi and his love to be right. I want him to rebuild before death. I want him to be happy. I don't even care about the character assassination anymore. Jo bhi ho, jaisa bhi ho, I want him to be happy. Utna bhi nahi milenga toh phir kya fayda? We will celebrate that he was the most misunderstood ML on ITV? That his love persevered all of that pain and he then died? That he had the most tragic life even in ITV?

I would rather celebrate that he did everything for this uncaring selfish person, and managed to carve out some happiness in the most impossible of circumstances just by the sheer power of his will and his love.

Lol, sorry for that theory. I would rather they didn't kill off Abhir at all, even if Abhi dies cause it doesn't make a lot of sense to kill a kid in any case. Plus next gen FL will need a brother.

I also wish they gave more Abhirmanyu scenes. But they killed off Abhirmanyu as well during custody battle itself. Now their scenes have nothing. Abhi doesn't even light up with Abhir the same way he used to before. Abhir even as a child seems fake with this father switching nonsense. So I am not too sad about not getting enough Abhirmanyu.

What I really miss is Abhi-Ruhi scenes

It's not like Akshara doesn't know how to handle a marriage like that. She did it with Nav for 6 years. But suddenly they are showing that her regret of not giving husband rights to Nav is so much that she makes a promise of giving 100% as wife and will make Abhi husband immediately. Where is the logic in that? It's amazing how they themselves screwed over Akshara on what takeaways and points she learns from her experiences, which is basically ignore that the other person is a human and just do what you have to blindly. And they want the audience to accept her as a FL?

For Akshara agreeing to marry Abhi, they realized its looking bad on Akshara so they gave this entire rona dhona with Akshara going to abort her baby and making Abhi decide on the marriage. As if that saves her deterioration. You are right though, in all this mess never once she thought of how vulnerable Abhi is. Or maybe she is thinking she herself is the solution to Abhi's state. That if she becomes his wife, Abhi will be happy and all dancing again. She is in fact delusional. Nothing has made sense for long now, that's why kill off Abhi already...😢😢😢 and just free us. But why will they if they want viewership until the leap, many are hanging on just for him.

You should add your update too. It has a lot more details. I am not watching regularly anymore, but will watch when I get the time. Everything depends on how they do the death/leap sequence. We can't base anything on the past so we have to base on the future. Is this Ak briefly contemplating moving on but ultimately destiny doesn't allow it and she just remembers Nav? or is it the start of Abhira's second love story that everyone will remember once Abhi dies off? Anyways first love wali feelings toh bachi nahi hai, so this is all we are left with.

But imagine what kind of life that would be. It would be exactly how MJ lived her life sacrificing for Abhi. Her life has been so incomplete. Would you want Abhi to be in that state? Whether he will be happy or not, just look at Mj's life. She was shown to be happy go lucky person right from the start of the story. Bit inside she was dying everyday knowing her husband never thought her to be a better partner. One of the main reasons was Neil in front of her reminding her of that fact. She couldn't hate Neil but she cannot deny that Neil never let her forget as well. At this moment, Abhi is not realizing because he is in a frenzy to correct his wrong. But once the marriage happens and it all settles down, he will live everyday knowing Akshara loves Nav more than him. Imagine if he walks into one of the random talking sessions, she has with Nav's photo where he comes alive. Imagine where Akshara will always roughshod over him now that he longer calls out her mistake like he used to previously. Imagine Navri reminding him everyday that Akshara and Abhir always chose Nav over his love. That his love never had value to them. Abhir I will excuse because he has been fed this nonsense about family. He is in fact not a child with good childhood. If left to his own, he will grow up to be an insensitive human. That is why, Abhi is fighting to save him. The same way nobody saved him from PB's upbringing which harmed him psychologically.

Why wouldn't you want Abhi to die rather than suffer all this? There will be no happiness. Abhi lost long back when Abhira died. That's the fact. It is indeed tragic, yes. Earlier when I used to defend Akshu, I always used to admit that my defence never stood a chance if Akshara had no realisation of her mistakes. But here not only she is unaware and completely oblivious to what she did to others,. she actually thinks what she did made her become a better person. She is basking in it. This is beyond tragedy. This is catastrophic.
