This show is in no way copy of FG or II. In a way I am glad that the performance round was added to SaReGaMaPa. It clearly shows that SaReGaMaPa singers can dance and perform without going Besur or Betaal. Most of the FG contestants and especially Qazi and RR are Besure, out of breath when they perform (come to think of it, they cannot sing well otherwise also). SaReGaMaPa contestants are clearly very high in quality and standards. No comparison to FG and II.

What does the public like seeing/listening:
1. Besure and great performance? then switch to FG or II,
2. Great singing (in Sur, taal) and great performances? Welcome to SaReGaMaPa

please do not make such comments about the show...anyways, saregamapa has been running much longer than indian idol & fame gurukul & has found talented singers such as shreya ghosal, sonu nigam & kunal ganjewala...now are you trying to say that they are not successful?

Am closing this topic before it gets out of hand.

Regards,

Jem
