doc. Do what I do these days. Simple turmeric shot morning after breakfast and before I sleep…. Honey and turmeric with a few drops of hot water. 1-2 days you will be as good as ever :). Honey does miracles to it and is easily palatable. When I first was suggested it. I was sure I wouldn’t be able to and vomit. But it’s easy :)
