I don't understand Are you talking about the red herring scene where he said that the bandage on Yuvika's neck came loose and he was taping it in place?

S.P. k Har Gali mohalle me balak hain, second generation had one EMA at max and plottings, 3rd generation me only one child with EMA and wo bhi like it's not proper EMA, it's a swing between love and responsibilities and inke plots bhi simple hain...

First of all he shouldn't even be fixing the tape with one hand since she was in the ICU and chances of infections are sky high if you attend to a patient without wearing a gloves

Plus i hope he is really the mastermind ( unlikely now) and it was a dumb excuse to cover up the murder attempt
