Very logical question and thats why probably you won't get an answer...but that nurse straight away put it away for pregnancy test when no one even asked her to. Just on the basis of their conversation, the nurse probably felt these are preg symptoms. and Ak had candid convo about her symptoms with Abhi...

based on her symptoms how come no one is thinking she could be pregnant 🤔
