While Abhinav was alive, she still remembered him, checked him out when they first met, remembered his potato allergy, ran towards him during accident and broke down.

Say Abhinav is still alive and they love each other - If Abhi had an accident - where is the guarantee that Akshara won’t have a melt down again?

She was emotionally pressurized by her whole family and her major reason was Abhir. I don't know if you have seen that episode, where akshara tells abhir (regarding abhimanyu) that she doesn't want it and voh apni puri zindagi abhir and abhinav ki yaado ke saath bitana chati hai.

I am abhinav/akshnav fan, but after marrying abhimanyu if she forgets abhinav and falls in love with Abhimanyu, there is nothing wrong.

Abhimanyu loves her and she also loved him long back, so i think most akshnav fans won't have a issue. Our issue is when Abhira fans make fun of abhinav and completely dismiss the fact that Akshara fell in love with Abhinav.

You are right, that she moved on too quickly , but in both the cases, it was for her child. She didn't have her parents, so for her the biggest thing is that her child should get both mom & dad.

Akshara is atleast better than Kasauti 's prerna who was with one and crying for the other. Atleast the entire time Akshara was with Abhinav, she wasn't thinking about abhimanyu and pining for him. And after marrying Abhimanyu, if she doesn't think about Abhinav, that's also completely valid.

@bold - I don’t think Akshara is or was under any pressure! Before leap too she had rejected BP’s request to come back to Goenka house - and now she is definitely in a much better state both physically and emotionally so if she truly wanted to say no, she would have said so!

@red - This is also false! She had been shown remembering Abhimanyu on multiple occasions even post leap - until the Abhinav’s insecurity track began!

Oh yeah preleap when Akshara signed first divorce paper - she said to Abhi- thank you for becoming my life.

Abhinav’s death- she said thank you for being one of the best chapters of my life.

So like - she loved both guys in her own ways I guess.

But she loves her son the most, if she didn’t need a father for him, Abhinav wouldn’t exist.

Say Akshara had miscarried Abhir also, Abhi and her would have still crossed paths sometime and would have continued their story so yeah 😅

Its not anyone but herself. Reason being that with each one of them Abhi, Abhinav and Abhir she has been selfish and put her ideas and needs above what's good for them. Not one relationship has she loved purely in. With Abhi toh sab ko pata hi hai.

With Abhinav she refused to see him for six years and then only ran behind him when she thought he would leave. Her entire relationship with him she didn't say once that she loved him also until his last moments.

With Abhir again she put her fears above what a mother should do. Even in the past eight months.

So at the end of the day what has won is her fears and her ego.

It’s funny cause Akshara has conditions in this marriage however she also is making promises to be a good wife. While Abhi isn’t expecting anything from her.
We all are watching the episodes and seeing that she is having flashbacks also.

All I can say is she took 6 years to move on from her ex that she claimed was umar kaid, and this move on was encouraged by Abhi’s accident, Arohi’s threats, Goenka family encouragement, and finally Abhinav’s feelings. It’s not that Akashra herself fell in love and finally saw Abhinav, she needed encouragement from others. Abhinav was a good guy, so why did it take 6 years to move on from Abhi if he was umar kaid?

Pehle she wanted Arohi’s happiness which was marrying Abhimanyu - but Akshara royally ignored her after she fled from wedding to attend exam!

Ending up in situation where life of fetus/baby is endangered is equivalent to not loving the baby? Abhimanyu wanted to abort baby even if there were 10% chances of it affecting Akshara's health & survival. Did he not love the baby? He ended up abandoning Akshara, for whom, he wanted to abort the baby when "they" lost the child.

When Abhimanyu didn’t respond to her calls - she wanted to raise baby by herself - so married Abhinav!

Abhimanyu responded to the call & straightway told he had nothing to do with Akshara. After divorce initiated by Abhimanyu & him abandoning her even clearing the misconception that his anger might have subsided after a few days, he didn't want Akshara back in his life. Regarding his right to be a part of his child's life Akshara was wrong in intentionally taking away that right from him. She could've easily attained her child's sole custody. A woman who should be taken care of & treated after miscarriage & mental trauma it followed was abandoned because mighty Abhimanyu's loss was bigger. Because Akshara "killed" his brother & "his" baby. Don't know what would Abhimanyu fans think about women who abort their baby or those who want to have a baby but have to abort it for any reason. Abhimanyu also wanted to "kill" baby even if there were minor chances of it affecting Akshara's health and wellbeing. Same baby he wanted to kill for Akshara became a priority over Akshara in few days? Plot twist

She wanted Abhir to get well - but remained hesitant in going to the best doctor for his condition!

Being hesitant to go to the best doctor means you don't want your child to get well?

Then she wanted to move on with Abhinav - but also broke down seeing Abhimanyu’s accident!

Now she wants to be a good wife to Abhimanyu but Manjiri’s demand of keeping her past out of their equation shocks her!

Do the women who remarry keep their past out of the equation? Do they forget their life partner & good time spent with him? In mighty Abhimanyu's world it might be possible but in ITV world or real world it's not possible. People even tend to have conversation regarding their deceased husband/wife with their future partner.

So what or whom exactly does Akshara truly loves and cares about?

Akshara the character loved her child Abhir. Negligent or not but she loved her child. In my POV
